Fantastic service from beginning to end! All the team at online Spas have been amazing very knowledgeable and professional, love that they have telephoned to ask how we are getting on with our new hot tub and that we can contact them anytime if need be. Excellent customer service and after sales.
We experienced a slight delay on the delivery schedule due to covid, however they kept us up to date of progress and even offered an alternative that could be delivered immediately. 5* all round, highly recommended.

Excellent service
Excellent service from placing order to delivery. Ordered Nordic tub and on delivery day received a call where the wrong colour was being dispatched. This was quickly rectified with the correct colour. The delivery and installation was impeccable and due to only have part of my garden I was advised they would come back to fit the lifter for the cover. Two months later and they again did a brilliant service. Would highly recommend this company. Very high standards and excellent customer services.

Shocking service
Brought a Maldives spa not even 10 months ago, noticed the cover lift had been installed wrong and every time you lifted the lid the screws were ripping into the cover. Contacted them about the issue and there reply was the lifter is fitted correctly and the rips are general wear and tear. I replied stating the tub and lid are not even 10 months old and if that’s general wear and tear the product is very poor and I haven’t even had a reply. Trying to contact them is a joke and they have very slopey shoulders, as soon as they have your money they have no intrest. Would not recommend anyone purchase from them.

As our Aftersales manager explained to you, he looked back at the install photos and the pictures you provided and confirmed the installation of the cover lifter was done correctly.
The photos you sent in show very minor wear and tear and does not affect the quality of the spa or the lid or the performance.
We have responded to you since you got the spa several times and helped where we could. We take our customer care very seriously and we are always interested in keeping our customers happy after installation.
