Great service
Went to the opening day of showroom and bought our hot tub. The staff were really helpful and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend them. The installers were also great and showed us all we needed.

I looked at Swim Spas locally all very good but at £25-30,000 it was more than I wanted to pay. I looked online and soon came across Online Spas I looked at the specifications sizes and guarantees ALL GOOD so I rang them and hit the wrong number and got through too customer services but what a really friendly and helpful girl she answered most of my questions but still got sales to give me a call and within 15 minutes. I spoke to Ash he asked me what I wanted and what I had been looking at explained in great detail the model I was looking at then emailed me the specs and an actual video of the exact model I was interested in at the same time he organised a finance package if I wanted to utilise it we discussed the extras included the cost for transportation and crane hire and who would fit the Spa. I asked about order times 1 week fitting times 1 week crane hire 1 week so if I order today and get my builder to organise the base and electricts 1 week topps YES. I paid a £500.00 deposit and the next day the crane company were at my home looking at the lift. A Week later I have a 4 metre by 2 metre by 1.5 metre swim spa in my back garden working and looking exceptional for this bank holiday weekend. Yesterday customer services rang about my experience again and explained the spa fitter Miles would be out today to organise the blue tooth a slight scratch and ensure I'm happy same again nothing was too much trouble for him no dramas very helpful and he made the experience of delivery and craneing enjoyable. The truth is I bought a £15000 swim spa online from a young company that you have to trust on face value and I relied heavily on the reviews they had and my review is 100% accurate I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company and there products there honest reliable genuine and done exactly what they said when they said it Exceptional Well Done Rick Blackpool

Hot tub great
Hot tub great. Installation not great. Conflict between fitters. Had to finish some of work myself. Cover brackets all detached on first use. Some damage in transit. However the company are putting things right and remain very supportive. Time will tell.

Amazing company and service
Amazing company and service, went down to their warehouse where they have created a really nice display area. After having a look round with the manager who was very knowledgeable and discussing options i settled on the Nordic spa and couldn't believe it when they said it could be installed the following day. Sure enough the day after their team arrived at 10am and had us fully installed by 2. Would highly recommend online spas to anyone looking, far cheaper than Jacuzzi and no difference in quality. Well done to all the team involved.
