I have to say sadly that I would not recommend using this firm, based on the fact that they never turned up and have never contacted me to keep me updated, I have to chase them each time, I have been told the driver is coming repeatedly, including 'in a moment' but he never comes, I was even told to 'calm down'. I have just cancelled my order. So it's not a bad review for the quality of their work, but I haven't found booking a pickup worth the hassle.

I booked a service to be returned in 48 hours. Late and no communication, only when I called was I told that I wasn’t receiving the jackets back the day I had booked for the return.

I had booked two jackets to have their sleeves altered. The overlap section of a men’s jacket on the sleeves was sewn together (no suit jacket has this part sewn together). Buttons were moved up (no problem to do this) but sewn on in a skew line!! Surely that is basic?

I got these two jackets for my new job - returned late and looks like a beginner has altered them. I’m so angry. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Really quick and good quality repair! I believe it was fairly priced too.

One of my items was quite a tricky woven design, and they patched it up wonderfully.

The only issue was that I didn’t know when my delivery would be (day nor time) and so as they turned up out of the blue with my fixed clothing, and I was out of the house at the time.

So please do let the customer know a date and timeframe beforehand! ☺️

Very impressed with this service. Submitted a pair of lined trousers in a very tricky fabric (fine, frays easily) with a difficult finish at the hem. They came back at the perfect length I requested with a great finish. I will use this service again! My only small issue was that I didn’t receive a confirmation email or receipt of the transaction - I think for peace of mind it would be good to provide proof of collection of items. However, they communicated very well with me throughout and were very friendly so this was a minimal concern. Overall excellent.
