Fantastic Madrid Open

My daughter and I had the most memorable experience in Madrid at the Mutua with the Furgals and other like minded guests. We enjoyed the Ritz, the tournament cars as our rides, great seats, amazing hospitality suites, tours at the Open and around Madrid and the Real Madrid soccer/futbol game. Highly recommended!

The staff went above and beyond

The staff went above and beyond, making sure everyone was accounted for, and all questions were answered. Also the information that was relayed to us prior to, and when we arrived at the hotel regarding the Tennis package with all of the information needed while attending the U.S. Open was very helpful.

Amazing Experience

Amazing experience!

2025 US Open was the most amazing experience! We saw all the top players, some competing well past midnight ! The Overlook Hospitality area was fabulous; the indoor and outdoor areas to dine, relax and watch the matches were perfect and the food was excellent! The Loge seats in Arthur Ashe was bit far from the court but still great! Next time , I would select the courtside box seats! Still they were great seats! The round trip transfers on the shuttle coach bus to and from the stadium was worth every penny, especially in heavy traffic! The hotel we stayed at (Intercontinental Barclay NY) was beautiful and immaculate in every way! We ran into several WTA and ATP players staying there( Sara Erani, Jasmine Paolini, Ben Shelton, David Ferrer, Carla Suarez Navarro to name a few) which was very exciting 🤩.
Overall experience was nothing short of AMAZING🇺🇸🎾🍎💙
Can’t wait till Roland Garros 2026!

Travel and experience World Class Tennis

I have traveled to many of the Steve Furgal International Tennis/OnLocation tours events. I have enjoyed all of my experiences with them beginning with booking the trip, the seat locations at the venues, hospitality, and welcome packages. I have met some incredible guests that share their passion and experience with tennis viewing and travel. The staff are friendly, helpful, kind and caring. My most recent experience was to return to Wimbledon which I did in July 2025. The seats, access to hospitality, timely information, and an overall first class handling of all our needs is why we continue to travel with Steve Furgal and his team of professional, dedicated and helpful staff. I can’t wait to take my next tennis vacation with Steve Furgal/On Location in the future.

1st time at Wrestlemania & Onlocation made it more memorable

It was my 1st time to any major WWE event in US and it was Wrestlemania, so it had to be great. And booking with Onlocation made it even more worth it. The best experience was able to meet my childhood fav Bret Hart and get a pic with him and also seats at Raw & SD, which was the best surprise as I got the corner most seat at entrance ramp. Also the Golf with Miz event was amazing. Enjoyed every bit of it.

Just a request to share itinerary at least 3-4 weeks in advance so that we can plan more properly as there are so many things to do

@onlocationexp trips, you better be aware

My bad for not checking out onlocationexp reviews before I contracted with them. If I’d read them first I would have used another agency, how they are typically more expensive and not hands on. I have not gone on the trip yet, hopefully it is better than the planning. If you are computer savvy, on top of e-mails, you might be ok. As I am almost 75 and used to a travel agency gearing your trip for you personally and making sure trip is all planned out- then don’t use @onlocationexp. We could not plan our flight thru them with their package so they end our trip in another city without transportation to the city we depart from and charge us for a motel room we cannot use. They will not cancel, or refund cost of motel. My biggest complaint is once you book with them, no more contact other than e-mails. You’re on your own. Let’s hope the trip is better than the planning.

UFC Abu Dhabi

I purchased the UFC Abu Dhabi fight night Challenger package and let me say it was amazing, Staff on site were wonderful and helpful made our experience so smooth we were able to meet Multiple UFC fighters and get pics/signatures from them, It’s an experience i’d highly recommend to any UFC fan.

For anyone looking to work with on…

For anyone looking to work with on location - I worked with on location for EDC Las Vegas as a shuttle coordinator. While the actual experience working was fine and enjoyable, their company management was not. It took 2 months for my payment to be submitted due to management miscommunication and structure. During these two months I communicated through my on site representative and she tried her best to resolve this issue for me. However, their management team was the issue. After finally reaching out to their company email I got a response and my pay was submitted. HOWEVER, it was less hours than I had worked and at this point I didn’t want to keep going no back and forth. I don’t recommend work with on location due to that barrier of direct communication to the source, mismanagement, and lack of awareness. No one at EDC worked 8 hour shifts and I’m deeply disappointed. Not only are they scamming their customers, but their employees.

Windy hiccups

We were very disappointed in the fact that we could not do the VIP experience one of the days because of the wind. Wind is not unusual in Omaha, so I’m not really sure why you guys did not build a more stable building. We did get to do the fan experience the second day (we paid for 2 days not really knowing what to expect), but again, it was windy so none of the outdoor activities took place, so I’m not even sure what we missed out on. We were just happy to get to do the photo ops the second day. Extremely poor communication when it came to the cancellation of day 1.

Highly recommend VIP experience at NCAA…

Highly recommend VIP experience at NCAA Men’s College World Series. Provided convenient, air conditioned hospitality room prior to game start. Staff was friendly and helpful. Food was good and access into stadium was way better than regular stadium entrance. Worth the extra cost and would definitely do again.

We enjoyed the Fan Fest experience very…

We enjoyed the Fan Fest experience very much! This is the third year that we have attended it when at the MCWS in Omaha. The staff is always friendly and the opportunity to cool down and get food is great.
However, every year we chuckle at how rinky dink the food service is. We pay a fair amount of money and the food served does not justify that price. Each year there is too much food laid out for the number of people that are in the tent. So the buns dry out or the salad starts to wilt. We don't have any problem with the choices, just the lukewarm, dried out food.

The hospitality tent was closed

The hospitality tent was closed. This was the entire reason I purchased the VIP experience. I was totally screwed out of the additional fee. I would like a refund of the price difference if the VIP experience and the regular tickets.
