We were very disappointed in the fact that we could not do the VIP experience one of the days because of the wind. Wind is not unusual in Omaha, so I’m not really sure why you guys did not build a mor... See more

The cancellation of the experience on Saturday was inexcusable. The wind was as bad for all other tents and no one else closed. This was the most atrocious
food I have ever had. Over cooked hamburgers, the cake frosting tasted like it had soured, The waffle potatoes where as hard as a rock. On Sunday the tent didn't seem to have air conditioning, on Saturday the air was so strong it would freeze you if you sat in front of it and blew your plates and napkins away. I have been to the Rose Bowl and NCAA Basketball playoffs with you folks (They were excellent) but after this I will never buy another ticket from you nor will I recommend you to even my enemies.
We were there for 4 games which we got entrance to 3 and in only 1 occasion did we see the celebrity personality because no one ever introduced them.
After several phone calls with Kensey from On Location, i was offered a very reasonable cash payout to make amends for the trials and tribulations I had to endure. I would once again attend an On Location event

The tent was closed for the entire time we were in attendance before the game started. We arrived at 3:30 pm (experience was supposed to open at 3) and the tent was closed due to high winds (which was predicted for many days before the event date) and didn’t open at all. The other tents in the fan zone area were open but for some reason, accommodations were never made for this specific tent to be opened so we could go in to this experience we prepaid for.

I’m honestly very upset and feel scammed by the so-called experience. We paid around $1,200 for tickets that offered very little added value compared to the regular seats we purchased on other days — which were in similar locations for significantly less.
The perks included a low-quality buffet and some generic merchandise that felt cheap and unmemorable. We did not receive the advertised priority access to the merchandise tent, did not get to participate in the meet-and-greet, and never saw the trophy as promised.
For the price tag, this experience was extremely disappointing and misleading. I expected more and feel let down by the lack of organization and follow-through on what was marketed.

We had a great time at the Softball World Series. There were 2 things you could have done better. Provide a shuttle ride from the hotel to the field. There should be shelter during the lightning storm.

I would have loved to have the air condition work in the hospitality tent since that's why I purchased the fan experience package. It was actually much cooler outside of the tent. It was disappointing to have the AC not work for two days in a row.

The Hospitality offering at the Women's College World Series is just outstanding. The food and beverage offerings are top notch. The staff are courteous and extremely helpful. This is the only way to attend top-tier sporting events.

The experience of being at the Draft and the support provided by the On Location staff. My seats were outstanding and I loved the great gifts each of the three days at my seat from On Location. The Red Carpet, stadium tour and meeting with Packer’s Legends. I can’t image how it could have been better.

The price for the 15 green Michelob Ultra venue tickets were a complete rip-off! For $700 a ticket my wife and I were expecting nice seats with AC and good food. There weren't even any overhead fans.
The location was good but we could have had the view with general admission tickets. The hamburgers and hot dogs were 100 yards away from the seats!

I would give it 0 stars if possible… I ordered a wwe priority pass via on location and they branded it as meeting wwe superstar Sheamus.
I placed a deposit down of $250 in March and I have absolutely 0 contact not 1 email from on location or any reps until the packages were released.
There was 4 packages $600 $800 $1,200 and $1,625
What on location failed to mention was out of the 4 packages only 2 would give you access to meeting the wrestler that was branded.
As I was looking for the best possible once off experience I had a look at the most expensive package but as I seen I couldn’t offered it I looked at some of the cheaper seats for that package. Please keep in mind that I got into the ticket section via the champion package so I was under the assumption all tickets I could access was apart of that package which I only found out after the fact was not the case.
As I was planning on going to the event on my own I was looking at the seat map without realising many of the “cheaper seats” could only be bought with 2 or more tickets. As the package I was looking for cost $1,625 I wasn’t shocked to see a price of $1,600 pop up on my screen after purchasing.
Only when I got my confirmation email I noticed that I was locked into buying 2 tickets instead of 1 and that I would not even be in the right package I was looking to buy even thought I unknowingly spent the correct amount of money on.
After finding this out I was planning on selling my spare ticket as there was no need for me to have 2 tickets until I see on the on location website that swaps, exchanges and resale are strictly forbidden.
I have sent 10 emails to on location explaining my situation and still have not heard a word from them yet (albeit within the 48 hour window so I am giving them the benefit of the doubt here)
Their lack of communication and lack of transparency is scary and I would not be surprised if they ignore me completely until the event is over
The only two positives I can take from my experience is the fact I am in the building for the show I like (albeit with no perks that I paid for) and the fact I know not to use on location again I strongly advise avoiding this company.

We ordered VIP tickets for the upcoming UFC event in Atlanta. We made our purchase with one of the On Location representatives after being told by him that there were only a few tickets left and that if we wanted them we should move fast. Then just hours later, they open up a whole new section of tickets closer to the octagon. We immediately reached back out to our rep because had these tickets been available when we were trying to purchase ours we would have gotten them instead of the ones we did. He stated we could not upgrade to these seats and if we wanted to move we would have to move up to the next VIP Tier, and let me say this next tier is a $3,000 dollar price bump. I can’t fathom how they can open up additional seating (better seating too) and not allow someone that has already purchased VIP tickets through them the chance to get them. I thought I was getting the best seat I could only to find out just hours later I am not.

I wanted tickets to WWE clash in paris and monday night raw the second WWE anounced it, on their website they had the option to register to a pre sale but it had a 250 dolar deposit, i paid the deposit.
A few months later i got contacted by Onlocation about buying tickets, although staff was super nice, their prices was HIGH but not wanting to lose my 250 dolar deposit i opted for a 950 dollar ticket ( 700 when deposit is subtracted)
Watch my dismay when i looked at ticketmaster, there i could get tickets to BOTH clash in paris AND RAW and have seats WAY closer to the ring for about the same price
Now i get that you get a few perks with on location that you don't with ticketmaster, and paying extra for that does make sence, but charging five times the price for a ticket just because it includes a goodie bag and a lanyard is absolutely insane. If it wasn't because these tickets are non refundable i would have done it.
Now some of the the accommodations they offer are legitimately cool, and i understand those being more expensive.
But for people like me who just wanted tickets to a cool show, i feel like WWE wasn't transparent enough when they announced the show that the presale tickets are magnatudes more expensive than if you just wait for ticketmastet to open their sale.
And Of course ticketmaster only sells a bundle to clash and raw not individually, so i can eithet cut my trip short, and only attend clash, or buy an extra ticket to a show i don't need

The ease of 'vacationing!' I wish I could get souvenirs - I missed the deadline to sign up for them in NOLA.
I booked a ticket with Hospitality package for an Olympic event last summer. It was an expensive package, over 400 euros. The ticket was supposed to appear on the Paris Olympic app I had duly downloaded. It never did. Despite many emails and telephone calls, and the goodwill of the assistants I spoke to each time saying they were "escalating" my query, I never received the ticket. In desperation and for fear of missing the event, I booked an ordinary ticket (no hospitality, so "only" about 150 euros). This time the (cheaper) ticket reached my app straightaway, and I got the QR code shortly before the event, so was able to attend it. Since then I have contacted Onlocation about the missing hospitality package and waste of a large sum of money. I was promised a reply which never came, until I chased them up a few days ago. Onlocation basically refuses to refund me, arguing that they had sent me the ticket on a specific date and time. I do not doubt that they did, but I never received the ticket. They have no way of dealing with this kind of malfunction in their booking system, and it can cost you dearly. I could never trust Onlocation in future with this type of booking.
It was an amazing experience to be at the Super Bowl live!!!! and also the pre game party was GREAT!! good food, good drinks, good music, great atmosphere... we loved it to be there! the superdome stadium is AMAZING!!!
