Terrible -accepted my booking and sent confirmation e-mail -when I arrived at apartment owner said they were full and that they should not have taken the booking. Phoned their helpline which was answerphone telling me to send e-mail. Sent e-mail at 13:25 still waiting for response at 16:01.

As per previous post, this has now been taken up by my Banks fraud team to investigate this as I am still waiting on refund (& compensation) which has been nearly 3 weeks.
Don’t expect much correspondence as I have had only one reply to my numerous emails.
STAY AWAY FROM USING THIS COMPANY
Very bad society.
I do not recommend this site which does not respect the customer by not respecting his commitments.

As long as there are no problems then it's OK but if you encounter a problem then don't count on any support because there is absolutely ZERO customer support.
Call their number and you get a menu to choose from. Whatever you choose, the answer you get is to send an email to their info email address. This seems to be the only address they have so imagine the flood of messages pouring in there daily.
The emails you send to that address are completely ignored so don't even bother.
They don't want to speak to you in person other than making a booking. This company only wants to take your money and do nothing in return.
Better avoid and choose a reliable address to book your stay.
Very bad experience with Only Apartments Ref: 5BF8-2D78-47EF
We were given the incomplete address for our apartment in Denia from Only Apartments causing us a lot of concern as we arrived around midnight. We eventually found somebody to help us. When we got in to our apartment the bathroom fan was running continuously. Somebody did eventually call (our 4th day) to have a look at it but then informed us it could not be turned off as it was not connected to any switch that allowed you to turn it off and the owner would have to be contacted to arrange to put this right. However we heard nothing more from them.
The description of the apartment said you could see the pool from inside the apartment but as there was a 2 metre hedge all the way around the garden there was no way of seeing the pool, even from the garden.
The description also said there was wi-fi but it appeared there was no wi-fi on the whole of the complex. We have never seen such a small 'flat screen' tv, it was the size of a laptop screen and had no English speaking channels whatsoever.
There was no kettle only a coffee machine which doesn't boil water for tea. No hairdryer either but we did get one from the local agent which had to be returned to their office when we handed back the keys.
There was also a list of things telling us that everything had to be left in the same place as we found them and the apartment had to be left clean and tidy. As we were paying 48 euros for cleaning we were wondering what the cleaners would be doing.
We were also asked for a review of the apartment before we even had left. It said that what we wrote would be printed exactly word for word of what we had written. However when we looked up the review there was nothing shown except points out of ten and commented that we had made no comment.
We have emailed Only Apartments three times now and they have not even acknowledged our email. I even telephoned them to ask about our review and was told that was not my review but as we had been the first people to have rented the apartment they then said it was too early for them to print anything as it would have to be sent to the owner for his comments.
Would we ever recommend Only Apartments or use them again Certainly not.

My husband and I are ordering apartments only through only-apartments many years. The site is easy to use and contains comprehensive and user friendly information
Thanks to the Only apartments organization we have had a very very bad holiday. Appointments we make with this organization didn’t passed on to the landlord. We had clearly asked for an apartment with sea view. The manager knew nothing of it! We have three weeks sleeping along a railway track where every 20 minutes day and night trains went along. We had asked for beach beds on the beach for 4 people and the had also promised to arrange this. Nothing happened only 2 chairs were available, resulting additional costs 4 beds x 25.00 for 3 weeks = 300,00 euros.
Only apartments is not even known by the landlord. In short, never more only apartments. Thanks to the “Only-apartments organisation” for ruining our vacation.

In reply to your email regarding my stay with friends at the above named apartment from the 25th to the 28th August 2017, my comments are as follows:
The apartment was chosen on the photos and description given, this turned out to be a big disappointment. Obviously this Web Site is at least 5-7 years old and needs updating along with the apartment. It was described as luxurious and suitable for 8 people, this was not the case. The place had not been cleaned, furniture was past its best and needs replacing, blinds were broken and wouldn't close properly. Electric sockets were unusable and dangerous in most rooms. In addition, there was a nail which was exposed on the damaged wooden unit situated in the lounge, which could pose a great risk to children. We do have photos attached to support these comments. One of the baths was also found to be leaking water over the floor.
It is obvious that the apartment has not been checked or inspected by you for wear and tear or that it is cleaned satisfactory. There is a charge of 90E for cleaning which obviously does not happen, this is absolutely disgraceful.
The state of the apartment in its present condition is very much overpriced, therefore I would appreciate a refund to reflect this.
I would not recommend your company to anyone after the problems we had with the booking and the disgusting state of the property.
I would appreciate a prompt response on this matter.

Very disappointed. MUY DECEPCIONADO. The photographs and website are very misleading, the apartment is not as described.
NO sea view. NO Cleaning service, Small room window facing the washing machine/utility area. Tourist tax charged twice. Double room (2 single beds joined) electric socket between 2 beds - to use a fan, you would have to keep it on the bed (short cable!). Kitchen: Toaster just for show! outside plastic melted. No sense of health and safety! Sitting room: one dim light with wire hanging from the ceiling and only one side of the room lit.
VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED with Only Apartments (Booking agents) and Berture Apartments (apartment).

I have on advice: avoid only-apartments. They are my worst experience ever.
I reserved an apartment in Budapest. (reservation code E256-C7FE-AD09)
The day before arrival when I asked the owner for access details by email he replied the apartment was not available due to circumstances I do not believe (the owner said the apartment was damaged but I think it was just double booked) Owner wrote it was my problem to find alternative, I think this attitude 'not my problem' is not acceptable but any way: I contacted only-apartments.
I wrote email: no reply. One day later I made telephone call. I was going to be called back but nothing happened. I called again, and when I was expressing my frustration, the person of the call centre just hung up on me. Called again, that person at least sent an email with one alternative. That alternative was unacceptable for me due to lack of quality.
I write this in English because in previous reviews, only-apartments commented they only understand English. I do not not want them use that excuse again though they easily could have copy pasted those previous comments in Dutch into Google translate)
I only hope I get my money back.
