There was a problem where DHL told me they had insufficient details from Only Birdies to complete delivery. Although there was no further communication a week later the items showed up

The best customer service possible
It is rare to receive such outstanding and personalised customer service. One of the products we were after was out of stock and their team took so much care and time to explain us all the different options we had and were incredibly forthcoming. I will only buy with Only Birdies from now on and can’t recommend them enough.

Golf stream vision winter wheels
I enquired about winter wheels early Dec Ed took my name as they were out of stock but said he would keep me notified and that he did saying they wouldn't be available till mid Feb wasn't happy but not a lot a could do . Then Ed got in touch mid Jan saying they had acquired some and promptly made order which I received the day after.

I only ordered our grandson’s golf bag…
I only ordered our grandson’s golf bag on Monday and it was delivered at 11:15 am yesterday morning by my favourite courier company DPD. As this is to be a Xmas present and I had been let down by 2 other companies I couldn’t ask for more from Only Birdies.
