Excellent customer service. Was amazed at such quick delivery to ensure the bag and clubs arrived in time for a birthday. Thank you so much. Quality looks good too. Slightly disappointed that there were no tees or balls included. Would have happily paid a little more for their inclusion.

My order was delivered quickly despite me changing delivery address after ordering it.
The item wasn’t quite right for me and after contacting the company Ed was very kind and gave me a refund straight away and also contacted me after to update me on what I had mentioned.
He went above and beyond to give a good customer experience. I would definitely use OnlyBirdies again.

Delivery was quick efficient and without hassle. The trolley arrived a day or two earlier than expected👍.
After opening the trolley I noticed the drinks holder was not in the box. I emailed Only Birdies and they contacted Ben Sayer, the issue was resolved the same day.
I was extremely happy with the prompt service from Only Birdies.
