Poor selection of courier
Dispatched on Thursday by 48 delivery but did not arrive until Monday refrigerated kimchi now no good as cold bag reached ambient temperature days ago not really a good experience for a first time customer who will not use you again due to this issue

All the stuff I needed/wanted in one place and good prices! I don’t have a asian food store near me so was good to find this site. They didn’t have one of my items available but they contacted me straight away and asked if I would like it replaced which I agreed. Great customer service!
