Helpful, offer options and give suggestions
They were very helpful and even offered to swap if I wasn’t certain with the product. I had ordered an Epson Ethernet thermal printer and assured me it was not Bluetooth. If I wanted to upgrade they would not have charged a fee. Either way, they were kind and quick with my transaction.
