This was the most reasonable pricing I found for on-line Bravecto for my dogs. Once the prescription was verified, my order was shipped and quickly delivered.

Price is excellent for what the medication is and shipping is fast.
Customer service is great.

Filling and delivery of a prescription was extremely slow, 8 calendar days compared to 2-3 for a competitor. I pretty certain it is not the vet's office causing the delay. I've ordered gabapentin twice for my dog. First one was mishandled and I had to call to get it corrected. Second had a different problem, unless this is normal turnaround time. Price is excellent, which I why I bought from onlyvetmeds originally, but the slow delivery isn't worth the incremental savings over other providers.

Prices were very competitive and I was able to easily get my dogs medication quickly.

The customer service is terrible. My Vet has tried to call them several times to approve the medication and has left several messages and have not been able to reach anyone. They faxed an approval but they have not sent the medication. They sent me an email that they can't reach my Vet. I have also tried to call OnlyVetMeds and get no response. First, why do they need to get approval on a medication that has refills? Secondly, they need to answer the phone. This has been an issue since I started using them. Now my dog is out of her medication. Do yourself a favor and avoid using OnlyVetMeds.

Called and left message and emailed to get status on order. Still no reply and no one answers the phone. Very poor customer service.

This is the first time I've dealt with ONLYVET, but it surely won't be the last. The processing of my order for Heartgard and Nexgard was done in a short time and the lady processing them went out of her way to be certain I was informed about the shipment limit for the tablets as the Vet had written the Rx in a fashion that did not align with the required shipment amounts. Very Professional and helpful!

I ordered on 3/1, on 3/3 vet still not contacted for prescription authorization. I called on 3/3 and had to leave a message on the prescription voicemail where I explained the situation and gave them the vet's fax #. Still, no contact until I received this 'How Did We Do' survey. Although they charged my card as soon as the order was placed. This was my first AND LAST time ordering from this company.

Very easy to use. OMV even called my vet to get the prescription for my dog's medication. I opted for auto refills each month and OMV was cheaper than getting the script filled through my vet! Very happy with the simplicity!! Thank you!!
