Great company, but there are too many glitches in their website. Takes too long, doesn't save anything, and lots of redos. All in all, I do like their prices.

I ordered medication over a week ago and I have no idea if it has been sent. There has been no follow up email to tell me if it has been approved by the vet. My credit card has been charged but I have no idea if I am going to receive the product. In the next few days I am going to dispute the transaction through my credit card.

The website is easy to use and placing the order was easy. It took several calls before OnlyVetMeds gave an e-mail address to our vet after several attempts to fax the prescription failed.

Price was best I found online, but I had to call no less then 10 times before they shipped my dogs medicine. 7 times the recording said transferring to rep, the said leave a message no one is available.

Website is very user friendly. Love the way the check out is formatted, making it easy to select whether or not you want an auto-renewal, for which pet, and whether or not your vet will be providing the Rx. The prices are SO reasonable, and I was very happy that there was free shipping, and no one trying to sell you things as you checked out. I am VERY happy with them so far! They did come a little late, by one day but I got my order in a little late in the day so it’s partially my fault. They are very kind there, especially Serene who I talked to, my meds got here, on time for my cat, who is grateful too..Thank you

Well I ordered on January 26 and it's February 20, but I guess I shouldn't have expected to actually have received the meds by now, right? I mean, I only paid $4.95 in shipping to send one bottle of 90 pills across the country. I really shouldn't have expected them to arrive within 25 days, right? This has been an absolute mess. It took 2 and a half weeks just to get vet approval. Then, when they FINALLY shipped, they sent it on the slow boat. Unbelievable. Thankfully, I was able to get meds directly from my Vet. But, my God. This is just a mess.

I ordered a flea pill requiiring a Vet's Rx that you were to get for me- I gave the Vet's address and name. I have not heard if you successfully got the Rx and if so when you will send me the flea pills.
