APR Sharp Rise - 22.9% > 59.9%

I’ve had my Onmo card since 2023 initially I loved it, the app was great and the APR was great, 22.8%.

However in 2025 just after the app had been upgraded and everything was moved over to Stripe, my APR shot up to 59.9% Needless to say, the card is paid off and frozen! I don’t want to close the account as it helps my overall score. It would be great if they sent both an email and a PDF letter notice about upcoming changes.

I changed my number

I changed my number, rang customer service 3 times to update, either no English or systems down. Several emails no response. Had a stroke in November and heart attack these people are stressing me I am trying to sort out payments but they won’t let me dreadful people
