SCAM!! FRAUD!!!

SCAM!!! Same as everyone else, can’t get hold of the company and my bank won’t refund me as I authorised the 14p payment before back in June. Today £29.50 came out without my knowledge or any receipt and I don’t know how to stop this.

Same as everyone else scammed me out of 29.50 bank has blocked any more payments coming out thankfully I noticed after one payment scammers asked for a refund and was told i had already gone past the 14 day cancelation period

This company Took 14 pence then 29.50 times

This company Took 14. pence then charged an amount of 29.50 from my account stating it was a subscription for an account check two months later stating it's over 14 days! This is unacceptable stating their terms and conditions state it's a subscription yet that is not what the app claimed. I disputed this payment and the company hanged up upon challenging no service was received. Beware to all customers sighing up not to make a payment of 0.14 pence to be scammed later.

Also see this as the same process exactly mirrored here with someone else. So I just wanted to share my experiance, regarding a scale that has been started with payday loan companies and to warn people in the future about the signs.

I signed up for a payday loan about a month ago and was accepted. They’d asked for my details and requested a chargeback of 14p through my banking app, which I thought was to verify what was needed. The verification gone through, but I didn’t go ahead with the loan as the interest was ridiculous, so I didn’t accept.

Fast forward a month and I have a payment of £29.50 taken out of my account from a company called onsavings, never heard of them nor would I sign up to them as I already have a service that searches discounts for me.

I called my bank to ask about this charge, got told that I’m not the first this to report this. They couldn’t do anything about this as I’d given my details for verification and therefore had accepted their services. The only way I would be able to get my money back was to call the “company” (I say company but in reality it isn’t that once I learnt more regarding it)

I called them and before I could even say anything the agent started with “I assume you are here to cancel?”, cancel? I didn’t even verify who I was… after I’d given my details I proceeded to ask why they’d taken my money out of my account and what service I was paying for. The agent then said because I had not cancelled the service within 14 days they were unable to refund me. I made my thoughts clear and stated I didn’t pay for this service, I verified my bank details for a payday loan, therefore they had committed fraud by signing me up to it.

I did some research regarding them, and lo and behold I was not the first to deal with them.

I applied for a loan and had to pay 14p to be verified. Today £29.50 came out of my bank account from this scam company. Googled the name on my bank statement couldn’t find anything apart from the reviews on trust pilot. My sisters partner works for the fraud team in Santander even though im with Lloyds he said he will look into the company when he’s back from his holiday next week and to contact the fca and my own bank to block any further payments. I don’t know how to get a refund and they have took the only money I had left until Monday out of my account.

I have been scammed

I have been scammed, I never signed up to anything that would allow £29.50 to be taken from my account I want a full refund, there is nowhere for me to contact regarding a refund, I don’t have any emails regarding this money being taken, if this is not resolved I will be taking further action

I have had zero communication from this so called company to say they’d be taking anything from me. I don’t know how they’ve got my details but I’m seeking legal action now to retrieve funds and ensure this doesn’t happen to others. Disgusting

Onsaving and PYD wallet saver are a scam

Onsaving and PYD wallet saver are owned by the same company Pixel marketing ltd THIS IS A SCAM you get a loan quote that asks for an ID check by doing this you get charged £29.50 a month without you knowledge, have been charged twice by the same company!!!!

AVOID these scammers

AVOID UNLESS YOU WANT UNAUTHORISED PAYMENTS TAKEN FROM YOUR ACCOUNT

Been scammed 4 times with £29.50 being taken from my account. I only realised when checking Bank Statement!

Applied for loan and authorised 14p for identity purposes ONLY nowhere did it state the £29.50!

Telephoned the company after finding their details after doing a search on Google to be told that the fees will not be refunded!!! Absolutely appalling service. Told its a membership fee to which I did NOT sign up to. No email correspondence received at all for said membership.

After reading the reviews it seems this is happening daily but they continue to take UNAUTHORISED payments and get away with it??

I will be taking it further, wait for the call from the FCA and my solicitor, you’ll be paying more than what you owe me.

04/10 Still haven’t received my money back

Scam

Woke up to a charge of £29.50. I never signed up for this subscription, don’t have account, never saw any terms and conditions and had no way to cancel it even if I’d have known about it as I don’t have login in details. Disgraceful taking money from people’s bank accounts without their consent

unacceptable

I have the same problem, £29.5 was stolen from my bank account. I don't remember having created an account, I want a refund and to cancel any payment because I will take action in court.

Still not received my refund of £…

Still not received my refund of £ 29.50. You keep saying you will message me privately but I never received one. Just refund my money coz if not I will take this higher. I know someone who works for crime investigation and already started investigating about this. scammers!

This place is ridiculous I'm in the…

This place is ridiculous I'm in the same boat as everyone else with this. I haven't signed up to anything but had 3 payments removed from my account all on the same day of 29.50 its ridiculous don't even know what the service is. My banks blocked me access to anything so now I am not only short of money because of this but can't actually access any of my accounts either because of this.

After all this even getting a reply still didn't get a refund. Had my bank account frozen, from what I am trying to work out with my bank and the police at the moment is who called my bank acting as me???
