They've done it again!

I got a call earlier in the week following my review, and they said they'd refund my money.

However, they refunded it the next day and I've noticed today that they've taken it AGAIN!!!!

This is ridiculous!

Please contact me on my telephone number you contacted me on Monday 11 September, I need a refund! And PLEASE STOP TAKING MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT!

They asked me for my details a few days ago and nobody contacted me! This is a scam company I need to change my bank!!

Absolutely disgusted with the service…

Absolutely disgusted with the service they robbed me of 30 pounds I went for a loan and ended these scumbags taking 29.50 of my card I've only just got a job so I needed a bit of money now I have nothing cos of these

Absolutely horrified to find £29 stolen…

***UPDATE: 18:20pm I’m pleased at the prompt refund I have received and I appreciate it BUT!!!!! Please whatever the reason myself and so many others are in this situation there is a huge flaw in whatever your trying to sell, we merely carried out an ID check in good faith by giving our card details and somewhere we’ve been falsely put into a contract for something I don’t even know what, no emails etc is a huge red flag for starters to confirm etc please please don’t do this to anyone else!!!!***
ALSO: I’ve emailed in to BBC watchdog to look into this!

Absolutely horrified to find £29 stolen from my bank this morning. Someone better get in touch with me immediately I’m a student nurse mum of 3 just got my bursary and you have stolen £30 out my bank because I verified my card stupidly desperate for a loan to get me through a tough month! Absolute pigs why on earth would I sign up for this in the situation I’m in. Will be reporting to financial ombudsman and sending this into BBC watchdog to investigate this scamming filth! You should be ashamed whoever you are.

Had £59.00 taken from my account within 1 week

Had £29.50 taken from my account on 7th…
Had £29.50 and £29.50 taken from my account within 1 week. Have asked for a refund for the last payment trying to be fair but they have refused to refund it. Now i feel i should get the two payments back. Real Scammers. Never signed up for this & have contacted my bank. Total scam. Will be taking it further if I don't get a full refund of 59 pounds. And their customer service are so rude as well.

Update. Got a full refund today - thanks.

Had £29.50 taken from my account on 7th Sept but apparently on Aug 14 I signed up to one of their affiliates after paying 14p to check my account. Have asked for a refund but I'm past the 14-day cooling-off period. Have cancelled any subscription I had. Never signed up for this & have contacted my bank. Total scam. Will be taking it further if I don't get a full refund.

No information and signed in a different name. No account and I’m charged? Tried to contact to get a refund and cancel but no information was available and no email confirmation. Total scam as I tried to cancel it before the 14 day deadline and the link is broken

SCAMMERS WHO IGNORE EMAILS

UPDATE... have today received a full refund after replying to below message. .... Absolute scammers. Taken £29.50 from my account with no permission. I logged into their website to see if there was an account and put in my email and password reset but surprise surprise the link is broken. I emailed them and they gave the the rubbish about I had signed up and must pay but they will cancel any future payments. I have sent them another 2 emails which have been ignored completely. SCAMMERS and no existing customers services!! Will be seeking further advice.

Total SCAM I verified 14p to go out my bank to get a payday loan then decided I didn't want to go ahead with the loan, for this company to take £29.50 out my bank twice in like 3weeks, there saying I agreed to some terms and conditions to sign up to a savings scheme no I didn't at all and when I managed to find there number and contact them they were no help at all, said I out of the 14day cooling period, with no email confirmation or login details etc how am meant to cancel when I'm not aware what I've signed up for! I will be taking this further I try for a loan then you guys wanna take money! Why do you think we was trying for a loan in the first place? It's discusting this will be all over social media and everything! I have 2 kids how can you do this to people!!!!!

I have also been scammed outta 29.50 when i called them they refused to help me i cant afford food this week now they say u sign up but thats a lie the trick u if u dont refund my 29.50 i will be taking this company to a small claims court and then u will be paying court fees compensation for the theft from my account and the distress u have caused allso just added u have said u meeaages me privately but i have no message were are u messageing me ????

Had £29.50 taken out from my bank…

Had £29.50 taken out from my bank account today without my knowledge. Phoned the company to be told I would not get a refund because it's been over 14 days cut off. I told him that I approved the 14p off my account and not the £29.50 but he stated it's in the terms and conditions which nobody ever reads. I then proceeded to tell him that his company are ripping thousands of people off who are possibly in hardship right now. Absolute joke of a company and a complete and utter SCAM. THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEIRSELVES.
I have phoned my bank and they have blocked the company from taking out any more payments and need to call the bank back in 15 days to dispute the payment, which I will be doing.

Update.
Spoke to the same agent this afternoon. Makes me think this is a one man band....
Also my bank said the 14p came out 10days ago, not 15 days which they are saying. The agent also first said "I'm assuming you are calling to cancel".... A bit suspicious in my books.
I have given them the only details I have which is my name and phone number as was never ever given an email with a reference number on it. This reply below from them is just to cover themselves. It's all BS.
