Absolute scam , agreed to 14p to check my account , and its not clearly stated that we will steal £29.50 from you the same day . Absolutely disgusting. I want my money back

Still no refund , now the fraud team at the bank are involved, for grounds of misrepresentation, you cancel within 14 days and get a refund , ... however less than 24 hours and we'll steal your money and not refund you ...

Total scam, I agreed to pay around 14p for a payday load they have taken nearly 30 pounds from my bank at least 3 times, not like we are going through a cost of living crisis or anything its disgusting!

This company is a complete scam, they have taken my bank details from another website and claimed I signed up for their services which I most certainly did not, they have stolen £29.50 from my account and will not refund as they claim I’ve subscribed but yet I have no email, account details, nothing! I just want my money back, it’s fraud and theft! I’m struggling with money as it is and these people certainly aren’t making things any better!SCAAM reported to bank...

So after writing multiple emails, and leaving a review on here, I was contacted to provide details for my refund, but still have no further reply or refund from these scammers and thieves!!

3 months ago, 29.50 started leaving my account. I didn't know until a month ago and since then I tried everything to find out where I'd signed up to them.. I hasn't signed up, it was through applying for loans that they'd taken my details.. I have since managed to cancel the 'Subscription' Even though I had never even signed up to it.. I don't have any evidence other than bank statements to prove the money had gone out..

This is the third time in writing a review. I keep being promised refunds which you can clearly see in other reviews pervious but nothing. This company has made my life hell the last two weeks. They have unlawfully taken money from my account. I’ve called and been told nothing but lies. I just want my money back.

On savings have taken 29.50 out of my bank. I phoned my bank to report fraud. Then I had to phone the company and request a refund as I never signed up for anything, I also like to add I wouldn’t sign up for anything like this, and I especially wouldn’t be paying 29,50 a month for this kind of service. They would not refund me and I told them I had not signed up for anything, I had no email or nothing. They wouldn’t refund me at all. They have technically stolen my money and I will be reporting them. Not happy at all. They took my last bit of money I needed for food for that weekend.

This is Fraud !!!

I have had £29.50 taken from my account without consent. This is a cowboy business and nothing is stated clearly. All very sneaky and I have contacted the fsa and financial ombudsman.
I will be taking it further if the company themselves do not respond

£29.50 has been taken from my account , without my permission. Currently in contact with fraud team yo get my money back . I never signed up for anything , I want my.money back .

This company took £30 out my account without my permission. Emailed them for a refund for them to say I had subscribed and wasn’t within the 14 days cooling off period so I can’t have a refund. How are you supposed to cancel something when I haven’t signed up for it. No emails or letters to say this is what I’ve subscribed to. I want my refund and now.

The response below is generic and they haven’t sent me a message asking for any of my details. Lies. None of it is visible when apparently signing up.

I did send my information to the company yesterday because they sent me a private message that I was due a refund but I’m still waiting

Absolutely disgusting- taken money out of my account. No emails no login details no confirmation of supposed ‘account’ when I rang the number on the internet attatched to their name the bloke was rude and dismissive but instantly answered the phone are you ringing to cancel?! Will be reporting to the FCA for fraudulently taking money from my account and not giving my money back!
EDIT - not only have they not given my money back as stated below they have taken ANOTHER £29.50!!!!!

Shockingly bad experience, basically a scam by another name. I didn't sign up for anything but £29.50 got taken from my bank account by them and when I called was told I had subscribed! Terms and conditions should be highlighted and clear from the beginning. I will be reporting this company to trading standards as I want a refund and was told to go to website to complain but can't! Stay as far away as possible and report if you get stung to authorities to get them shut down or changed.

Got scammed for 29.50 I’ve phoned my bank they stopped any money from this site coming out again ! I paid 14p then turned out £30 this is disgusting !! Tried to sign in and put forgotten password but I’ve got no login details or anything no messages no text messages ! Refund please !

For this company or subscription and they have taken money from me , they are praying on vulnerable people , THIS IS FRAUD

This company are fraudulent, have woken up to £29.50 being taken from my bank, went to the website I do not have a log in, when you try to reset password you get an error page. I have no correspondence from them, no sign up details etc this is surely illegal
I have reported them to fraud team and relevant authorities in order to get my money and block them from doing so in future!!

After talking to the financial on ombudsman this company are not regulated by them even though they claim they are registered so they cannot help, they are however registered on companies house so will be letting HMRC know.

The company refuse to state which ‘affiliate’ I allegedly signed up through. They are theives, contacted action fraud.

Disgusting you are doing this to people!

Update: They have attempted to have this review removed claiming I had not had business with them, despite telling me I have an account with them, with no login (strange). The payment has finally been returned after them putting in writing here, they would refund so I called and they voided the payment, I have submitted a SARS request to find out where they signed me up from.

I will still be taking it further and it’s disgraceful you are trying to remove reviews when you are FRAUDULENTLY taking money from people accounts.
