I have also been scammed I applied for a pay day loan only Friday 21st July and authorised the 14p charge with my bank for authorisation purposes and then today they have attempted to take 29.50 but fortunately I didn't have the funds so my bank declined but it will attempt again soon as funds are in where is the cancellation period I never signed up with onsavings and I always read the small print for subscriptions I don't even have an account with them as I checked then I made one and you can't even access anything to contact them its a joke

Scam! Scam! Fraud!
As all other reviews - I have absolutely no recollection and certainly wouldn’t agree to £29.95 per month. Also looks like it’s impossible to get this fraudulently taken payment refunded. I have tried to log into the website to cancel but guess what? I don’t have an account with them! Absolutely disgusting and £30 I just seriously can’t afford in a cost of living crisis. These people need to be stopped immediately. I’m actually in floods of tears as I don’t know how I’m going to afford my food bill this week.

Another fraud - money taken from me that I did not sign up for. No correspondence or anything, no agreement number no user ID or anything. No idea how to link a payment to an account so obviously not legitimate. No record of start dates for supposed "cooling off period" either - complete joke. Awful awful awful
Update: Got told I'd signed up by an affiliate on a particular date but I've got no record of anything. I've no customer number, no payment schedule and no agreement to pay fees. Its not a service I would use and would never agree to a £30pcm fee when there are other discount sites that I use regularly.

As everyone else here has stated this is a total scam and these people are fraudulently taking money, and the worst thing about it is that they are preying on people who are in bad situations. I imagine not everyone will chase this up so they will be making money. You finally get through to someone on the phone and the first thing they say is “so you’re here to cancel?” They then say they can’t give you a refund because you’re conveniently outside your cooling off period. Fact of the matter is this is fraud and they have no right to take this money from people. I’d like my refund. Thanks.

Would be getting a zero absolutely scamming people who are looking for a loan.
