I applied for a loan using loans 2 go recently the final step of application was to verify my debit card which took 0.12p on the 23/06/23.
Today i had 29.50 leave my account from onsavings.co.uk which i hadn't subscribed to so i cancelled the subscription thinking id be refunded as it states 14 days cool off period but they said my cool of period has ended and that i subscribed on the 15th not the 23rd but its in writing on my account transactions they are complete scammers rude customer service theres not 1 review about the company only reviews about being scammed by them

Complete scam
Complete scam. Nothing to say it’s a subscription. No confirmation email etc. contacted my bank to report as fraud.

Wish I could leave a zero star rating
Wish I could leave a zero star rating.
Like previous reviews, this is a company that targets those in need of funds that cannot go through mainstream channels.
Please do not verify your bank or debit card details as 14p now will lead to a nigh on £30 charge being charged as a monthly fee
Beware!
Well I hope you all can see their reply.
But the private message I received states that I signed up through one of their affiliates
I was outside of the 14 day cooling off period.
Therefore there would be no refund just a statement saying they will take no more subscriptions

This is serious scam
This is serious scam as I applied for a loan and was asked by a payday loan company for 14p to verify my bank details, nowhere visible information was saying about 29.50 subscription. I was looking for a loan to get temporary help with money instead I had even worth money taken off me. That amount would be enough to feed family for 2 days. I see company replying that fees are visible, but obviously they are not that's why so many people want to refund. If you are not a scam please update your pages so first thing people would clearly see what they are signing up to because now it's seems like a trap. Its tough times for everyone and 29.50 can make a difference. Another important thing that I tried to cancel subscription and this cancellation link what I get from onsavings.co.uk is not working as when click on it its just redirecting to first stage(type email to get cancellation link)I demand to cancel subscription and want to get my money back full refund please

looked at getting a loan to fix my car, didnt end up taking out the loan but had to pay the 15p bank check. apparently this was a subscription they dont tell you about and have now taken £29.50 from my account.
I have spoken to them and they have closed my account but refused to give me a refund as i was past the 14 day free trial period!
I am now reporting them to the FCA as this is disgusting and ridiculous!

Scammers
Took money out of my bank account this morning which I have never agreed to, have no emails from them confirming I have an account. When you go onto their website the forgot password button conveniently doesn’t work.

ONSAVINGS SCAMMERS
I have had £29.50 taken from my account this morning without my permission from this company. I applied for a loan and was asked by a payday loan company for 14p to verify my bank details, not for a company who clearly are ripping people off with their excuses etc.
I have contacted my bank and will also be reporting to Online Fraud etc. This is clearly a scam and I will be waiting for contact after sending them an email regarding a full refund and cancellation of a "subscription" that I NEVER signed up for or agreed to!!!

Shocking practice for a so called company - who are they?
My son has had £29.50 taken from his bank account without his knowledge of ever signing up to this company. Like many others who have reviewed on TrustPilot never heard of them before. They are part of Pixel Marketing company and are clearly doing this without people knowing that they are supposedly signing up. I will be looking into them on Company House for further information too. When we looked the company up online they say they are linked to over 3000 companies and you get savings on purchases so you need to spend money and the so called savings are from money spent on buying. I am very concerned that retailers are giving information to this company when people are shopping? I will be liaising with the Ombudsman and taking this further. Looking at other reviews this is company is clearly not acting in a transparent way and not operating in a way that people clearly understand and know and have knowledge of actually having ‘signed up’.

Did not authorise this payment of £29.50 to come out as nothing in t&Cs. Will be chasing a full refund or taking it further

This company has taken 29.50 without my agreement
This company has taken 29.50 out of my account for a subscription I knew nothing about or signed up to. I have never used there service. There are no subscriptions showing on my bank or set up for authorization. This is fraudulent and however they are doing this they are doing it without peoples knowledge. I will be taking this further with my bank and with the ombudsman as this seems to be happening to a lot of people. I want my money back and I will not stop until I do.

Absolutely disgusting!!! They’ve Taken money out of my account this morning for something I've never even heard of before looking online!!!
I demand a full refund and a stop to anymore transactions leaving my bank account. Been left in my overdraft now and I have THREE young kids!! You should be ashamed! Never signed up to anything at all. Also searched my emails and guess what? Nothing from you at all.
Absolutely fuming, in this day and age people are already struggling. If I tried to log in or do anything on your site it says no account so how have you been able to do this?! Bank will be contacted asap! Furious!!
