Insurance rubbish

I had a serious accident, I was taken to the hospital, I was hospitalized, and when I left I contacted the insurance, handed over all the necessary and requested evidence, and the insurance simply rejected my claim, this company is rubbish, now in addition to chasing the third party's insurance, I will still have to file a lawsuit against OSNI, Stuart, Just Eat and Crawford.

Unusable gift card

I have purchased a gift card from Nike and this is not working, and despite contacting the support email address, no one has replied to my queries. As a result, I am now out of pocket. Other gift cards have worked previously however this one has not. Impossible to contact customer service team and no contact number!
