I have waited for more than two hours…

I have waited for more than two hours in your queue and I was the next person, I was then thrown out of the queue, when I went back in ithe online queue to message an agent was 112 in it, what the hell is going on with on the beach? The whole thing is very detressing, booking reference MYB14975897B

My friend is extremely distressed with…

My friend is extremely distressed with On the beach. She has waited in line for hours to speak to a rep on the phone to no avail. She has to cancel the holiday for personal reasons. And she is within the time frame to do so. She feels that she spoke to a scammer yesterday, 16th April, when she was asked to download an app called worldremit money transfer. The person asked her highly personal details, including her current employment situation. She had to hang up on him. I'm representing her as she has tried every avenue, has hit a brick wall and is highly anxious now and distrustful of the On the Beach company. If this has happened to anyone else, can you chat with us.
The holiday booking reference is MYB14912359B. This has gone on for weeks, and needs to be sorted now.

Price change.

I was disappointed to see the same holiday , more than €200 cheaper to buy the next day .

As a travel agent, we don’t own or control the airlines or hotels included in our packages. All prices are set directly by our suppliers and can fluctuate based on availability and demand. This means we’re only able to provide pricing as it stands at the exact time of booking, and unfortunately we’re unable to honour previous prices once they have changed.

Our booking was changed by them as…

Our booking was changed by them as hotel wasn't ready . But we were going to meet our family in this hotel. As relatives booked holidays from different company , they haven't got any changes. We tried to contact On the beach via live chat and by phone, but it is no chance to speak with agent at all. We asked our relatives to make different booking.
Not satisfied with such service .
But want to add , everything was sorted via emails. Alternative hotel and transfer sorted by them

The hotel was awful

The hotel was awful, room shabby, shower was smaller than an old phone box, towels were washed but visibly stained even when replaced. Power in room kept going because the room next door was faulty. Those people got a room change and upgrade, we did not. Fridge defrosted over night because of an outage. Pool bar and restaurant were not available, maintenance was being done to pool area and the paint was overpowering. Bathroom door was warped. Bed needed a topper because it was so hard. Our building was separate but the only was out was to go to basement and the use a labyrinth to the main building and then trudge up a level. There was no shower room to use in our last day. Would not recommend this hotel.

Very happy with the booking process and…

Very happy with the booking process and everything so far.
I did get an email directing me to complete a form for a traveler who requires assistance, but when you get to that section of the website it says it’s still in development. Not a problem as we could request the airport assistance needed via the Ryanair app once I accepted the flights. Looking forward to the holiday later this year.

What a awful service to try and get…

What a awful service to try and get through to someone and all I wamt to ask them to do is use my £70 voucher on my holiday which they promised that they would do but trying to get through has been painstaking hence why ive come through to trustpilot ..

If anyone can pick up on this and sort this I would appreciate it and id be happily do a complete different review to reflect this..
