So today i had my drainage done as what…

So today i had my drainage done as what i see on the other comments they riped them off and it happen to me as well the total bill was 2,189 euro and i was thinking 60-180 euro since i saw the meters it’s not that long but when he gave me bill it’s way to much it’s not even 1 hour so I couldn’t pay I can pay only 300euro and he said to pay the other later on so can you give me advice should i pay the rest? Because to be honest i cannot pay it’s way too much it’s my one month salary.
