Scammers, they don't really explain and in the in which all contact information is fake.

They came to fix a small block that I had also had similarly in the past with another company. Last time it cost me €170 (4years ago). So with inflation I was expecting somewhere around €200-230. They write me an invoice of €820.5 for 30 mins of service for 7m!
It was only a physical fight I couldn't let out because of the extortion. Please stay away from this company. There are plenty of already expensive companies who'd do a better job for 1/4th of the price.

These people are so immoral, that you cannot obviously reason with them, they are very hardy with their script. They just kept repeating points about how they provided service and needed to be paid. That's funny because when they first come in they are so slick and polite. Obviously, that's right, if only they are not scamming people!

Never in my life have I been pissed off with a company like this.

Never ever do business with this fraud company .
They charge more than you ever expect .
Initially, they will say the blockage is nearly 2m and because you can't measure it after 15 min, they will say it's so deep and give you an invoice for 12 meter.

Finally, they will say it's on the government pipe , we will clean it and send you a report so you can file a detailed complaint and get your money back .

They never sent you the report and they don't even respond to your calls.

Don't even think about doing business with this company.

I wish I had read the reviews before booking the service. They were extremely disrespectful, did not solve my problem, made me pay regardless (I felt endangered). DO NOT BOOK THEM

Total Scammer and terrible service! They lie and over charge! They have several fake websites and that includes my plumber.nl. They have different phone number but arrive to the same call center. Totally a bunch of liars!

These guys are a total scam. Avoid at all costs. I was in a hurry with other things so just called one of the first google hits. Bad mistake. They came over and I luckily asked for the price. Then came a really weird story about the length of the snake (spiraal). They wanted to charge 150 euro per meter of snake use. So if they use 10m of snake, they would charge over 1500 euros. Totally absurd, so I sent them packing. DO NOT CALL THESE PEOPLE!

These scammers should be avoided at all costs. They operate under different names and websites: riool-bescherming.nl and SRS Onderhoud en Service KVK: 77161343 are the same people.

Having a water swage problem, we contacted them. The next morning, they came and gave an estimate of 200-300 euros. At the end of half an hour, he charged 2300 euros!! which is unacceptable. He referred to the quote he gave was per meter and the blockage was at 25 meters. Unfortunately, we paid the scammer and he said I can call the company about the price. They said their "complaint department" will call me back after I complained by phone. They never called me back. This company is a fraudulent firm and I am taking legal actions to put a stop to this.

Following the heavy storms, we had a blocked drain that caused flooding in our garage. We called ontstoppingsvrij who told us it would be 35 € call-out fee then 180 € for the first 30 minutes.

After less than 30 minutes' work, the workman told us it would be 2000 € total. He was charging us 70 € per meter to unclog the drain plus VAT, the call-out fee and the 180 €. 2000 € for 30 minutes work... when the quote we received was around 250 €. We NEVER would have agree to pay 2000 € to have this work done. We know the costs of plumbing as we recently renovated our house.

When we refused to pay, the workman got very threatening and loud with my husband. My husband ended up giving him 500 € just to get him off our property, but they had the nerve to send us an invoice for the rest.

Needless to say, we are going to the police, the Geschillencommissie (Better Business Bureau) and a lawyer. Companies like these should be held to account. They are gangsters.

It is a SCAM! Don’t even call.
A guy come and charge your 140 (ex. BTW) per one meter of pipe cleaning. You will be charged for 6 meters and end up with 1400EUR!! This work should cost max 200EUR!

Scam. Do not call this company. They charged $950 and the problem was not even fixed. Had to pay right on the spot.

Scam! I’m really sorry I didn’t check Trustpilot first! Do not call them! Don’t agree on anything and don’t do business with them! No explanation on the 159 euro fee for the first 30 mins! Since they charge you for everything else apart! They abuse people in need!!!

It's a scam! They come to your house, they tell you that they will charge 35,00 EUR, then they said: "Ah yeah, we can't fix that, you need to call another company...but you need to pay 40,00 EUR more because we didn't did anything".
It's a scam, run away from this company.

Scammers! dont come close! We called this morning, asked for prices to open a blocked shower drainage- we were told they cant give prices in advance, it's 35 for the call out, and then they see the problem and tell us the cost before they do the work, and they will come between 5-7pm. Sounded very nice. Then two nice and extremely young guys (maybe 16-17) came at 18:30. I showed them the shower and they showed me straight away the price list, which seemed insane to me - on top of the €35 call out, €189 for the first 30mins, and €49 for each meter of spiral that goes in to clean, who knows how many are needed. these are all exc BTW. Then on top, as they came after 6, apparently i have to add 50% to these prices... so i said none of this was told to me when i asked, and it's way too expensive, so i will pay the €35 call out fee and that's it, I dont want them to do the job. So then they tried to charge me an extra cancellation fee of €40 (exc BTW), which i refused to pay as I explained this is what the call out fee is for. The guy from the office on the phone then said he will send me a bailiff letter, and that it is my fault as i didnt ask if there is a cancellation fee... he just forgot that I cant cancel something I didnt agree to do in the first place. I'm very glad it wasnt 1000 euro cancellation fee he decided to charge... Anyhow, if I knew the prices, I wouldnt even got them to come in the first place, so I also feel cheated about paying the €42 call out charge, not to mention anything above. It really seemed like they tell you it's only 35 for a call out and dont tell you the prices on purpose just so they come and then you feel trapped as you already paid €42 (35 + BTW). Plus- not telling me in advance in the morning that after 6pm is 50% more, and then show up late on purpose??.. they also came 2 guys (when only one adult is allowed now in the house due to covid), they didnt wear masks and didnt keep their distance, i kept having to step back.

And dont confuse them with RRS as I did, due to their totally misleading Google ad..
