Love my robe.
I recently purchased two robes, one for myself and one for my fiancé. We love the quality and the fabric. Robes are soft and luxurious. Highly recommended.

I purchased a bundle of their waffle towels, when they arrived I truly thought only one item was in the bag because it was so thin and small.

I even sent them a picture of what is on there website compared to what arrived- the towels that arrived are less than half the size in thickness compared to the bundles on the website and look so thin and cheap. Their response was disappointing:

"Our website images are professionally taken and sometimes enhanced under ideal lighting to highlight the texture, quality, and features of the product. However, we understand this can occasionally result in a different visual impression compared to what arrives, especially depending on packaging and handling during transit."

I can't even return them as although the website says Amsterdam, the products come from Asia and cost too much to post by return:

"Since our warehouse is located in Asia, return shipping fees typically range from US$25–$45, depending on the carrier. This policy was acknowledged during the checkout process."

I am pretty sure I would have seen this at checkout if it was clear enough! They then try to bargain with you by offering 10% to 20% partial refund where you keep the items, until you feel like giving up.

This has been a truly disappointing experience and a waste of money. What you see is not what you get

i purchased 2 x towel bundles of Ultrasoft white cotton. The towels that arrived are completely different, with different borders and of obviously poor quality
