I wasn't sure what to expect when I ordered this but I'm glad I gave it a try. The pendant was easy to attach to my dog's collar and there was no complicated setup. My dog got used to wearing it straight away and we've noticed much less barking during the day especially when people walk past the house.
We bought the 12mm pendant for our young Labrador who used to bark at every little sound outside. After using it for a couple of weeks we noticed she became much calmer around everyday noises. She still barks when there is a real reason but the unnecessary barking has reduced a lot. The pendant is lightweight looks well made and doesn't seem to bother her. Delivery was quick and the packaging was excellent.
