I deposited to oobit from another wallet and didnt receive my deposit.I contacted the support they dont replay.Be aware it looks like a scam

Excellent experience with Oobit.

The setup was incredibly easy and straightforward, which made getting started a pleasure.

When I experienced some issues with the service, the support team was outstanding. They were not only highly committed, but also impressively friendly, competent, and proactive throughout the whole process.

I was especially impressed by the technical team. They approached matters that are often handled very strictly in a remarkably human, thoughtful, and seamless way. Their flexibility and willingness to help made a real difference.

Overall, a 5-star experience. I can definitely recommend Oobit.

High fees for exchanging USDC to euros, or even EURC to euros, when it´s time to pay. High fees too for withdrawing. I paid more than 10 euros in total as service charges in only four or five transactions. It´s not worth it at all.

Im so disappointed about the processing after uploading all the required docs no status update its just stacked and the customer service reply after 2 hrs.

First the converted the token without even asking for permission or mentioning it. Then the remove the balance and finally closed the account. Their support only replies with canned messages that your request has been escalated. AVOID AVOID AVOID and file Police Reports so you can take your issue to EFSA (their Estonian regulator) and BCB (their Brazilian regulator).

UPDATE: After over a month of hounding their "customer support team" their Community & Partnership Manager, Jaime, got involved and magically my balance was restored. So if you are given the run around just reach further up the ladder. Thank you Jaime!

Being able to to combine different crypto balance in one payment is honestly a game changes. Even small leftover amounts don't go to waste anymore.

Dear Sir/Madam, I started the migration process from OBT tokens to OBB tokens in November.

I was able to complete the first three steps of the migration process without any problems:

1. Connect your Ethereum wallet containing OBT tokens;

2. Provide your Solana wallet address for the airdrop;

3. Confirm the transaction to burn your OBT tokens;

Now I am unable to retrieve the OBB tokens via the claim portal, which is presumably due to a missing KYC process. I have contacted support several times and have received no response. I have lost many thousands of euros because the price of the new coin has dropped significantly. The app cannot be installed in Germany via either Apple or Google. How am I supposed to complete the KYC process without the app?

They're handing out rewards in USDT, which can no longer be used, withdrawn, or even exchanged. I blame it on regulations, although you can easily convert USDT on Binance Europe. Support takes a few days to respond. I don't recommend it.

Oobit listed Malaysia as supported country in the list but when I downloaded the app and try to sign in the Oobit app. It says “we are coming soon to your region”. So actually can or cannot use for Malaysian? But I’m very sure that the Oobit official website stated Malaysia can use. So can I have any clarification for Malaysian about this Oobit crypto card app usage?

cryptocurrency swaps don't work, consecutive failed attempts of onchain withdrawals despite declaration withdrawals are unlimited, card payment limits lower than declared in their terms - this means one thing - LOW LIQUIDITY. As a joke - my recent attempted onchain withdrawal of roughly 1000USDT is stuck in status pending for about 36 hours and I am unable to get any support about it - my advice - choose their competitors.
