Per ora problema risolto
Ho caricato il portafoglio Oobit con 40 DAI e ho poi scoperto che con i DAI non è possibile fare pagamenti, quindi il 30/11 ho provato a convertire i DAI in USDT ma da allora il cambio è in attesa. Ho contattato più volte il servizio clienti e mi hanno aperto un ticket ma fin'ora non hanno risolto nulla. Se non sanno risolvere un problema del genere e meglio evitarli.
I loaded my Oobit wallet with 40 DAI and then discovered that DAI is not available for payments, so on 11/30 I tried to convert DAI to USDT but since then the exchange has been pending. I have contacted customer service several times and they opened a ticket for me but so far they have not solved anything. If they do not know how to solve a problem like this, it is better to avoid them.
AGG. 14/02/2025: finalmente problema risolto ma ci sono voluti due mesi. Aggiungo tre stelle di incoraggiamento a migliorare. Staremo a vedere.
UPDATE 02/14/2025: finally problem solved but it took two months. I add three stars of encouragement to improve. We'll see.

Be aware, pure scam. App doesn't work. After logout, good luck with signing in back. Transfers doesn't work at all. Downtime for at least a week now. Their status page is showing Undre Maintenance for a months. Insane.

Poor CS and withdraw is not processing
Tried to withdraw Solana, and the crypto has not been sent to my wallet. Customer support has also not responded to my ticket and overall unresponsive. There are better alternatives than this site. I would recommend other crypto exchanges. Edit: They have sent the Solana, but it took a while to come to my wallet. However CS has still yet to give me an answer regarding why the transaction is late

Dont understand lag times getting xrp…
Dont understand lag times getting xrp off oobit, when it only takes mins to send to oobit. Also paystring issues when previously there was none transferring to a coldwallet. But initially good tech support, then this time longer wait time for support. Maybe they are busy? This has led me to be uneasy/not confident in the apps security and reliability for large transactions.

Love it! A friend in Germany needed money and we were looking at saving all the transfer fees. Sent him money to his phone number and he got it within seconds.
It really made it so much easier to invest in crypto. I guess I am a crypto investor now ;)
