I received an empty Yodel black plastic bag through my letterbox. Either they sent an empty bag or Yodel didn't push it through the letterbox properly and it got nicked. Despite sending pictures of the bag and reporting this repeatedly, I've been sent irrelevant emails, from what appear to be AI/bots. The last one offered a derisory refund. Do not touch these people with a bargepole! I am gearing up for applying the Small Claims Court but I'm not hopeful of a successful outcome.

I paid by PayPal, the price was £14.17, they took 4.17 and then instantly 14.17 - so loss is £18.34. On PayPal it looks as if it was only one transaction of £18.34, on my bank account it is two transactions. Whether I actually receive my order is blowing in the wind. How are these thieves allowed to get away with it?

I placed an order several weeks ago and was told it had been dispatched. After waiting longer than expected, I contacted the company to ask for an update. They then provided a tracking number that showed no movement at all.
A few days later, I was told a replacement had been sent, but once again, nothing ever arrived. I regularly receive deliveries at my address without any issues, so this situation is clearly not related to my local delivery service.
By this point, the item was no longer needed, so I requested a refund. Instead of helping, I was advised to contact my local post office, which made no sense as the parcel never reached them in the first place. Since then, communication has completely stopped.
This order was placed well in advance for a special occasion, and the experience has been both disappointing and frustrating. I’ve wasted a lot of time chasing updates that led nowhere. I’m still waiting for my refund and would not recommend this company based on my experience.

I received an email saying my parcel was on its way. After a few days, when I contacted the company, they gave me a different tracking number. Later, they told me they had dispatched another parcel, which also never arrived.

When I asked to cancel my order and refund my money, I was told to contact my local post office, which is completely untrue. We receive parcels regularly through Royal Mail, and this was the only parcel that never arrived.

I placed this order almost two months ago for my daughter’s birthday. When it didn’t arrive, I hoped to give it to her for Christmas instead — but it still never turned up.

I am now waiting for my refund, and they have stopped replying. This has been a complete waste of my time. I would not recommend this company.

Company chose EVRI (worst courier in the UK) who provided tracking details stating I refused delivery. Just not true. Because of this companionh position is they will not provide a refund and it is down to me to try and resolve wuth the coirier

Ordered pens 2 weeks ago. I got a delivery tracking update 5 days later saying they had left the UK and been sent to the USA. I’m in the UK and contacted the company. I was then given tracking details saying the item had been dispatched that day. 10 days later and there has been no update. I emailed them asking where the item was, where it was sent to and how long the delivery timescales were. I received an email back asking me to look at the tracking details. I asked the same question but so far I haven’t received a response, my item or a refund.
I’ve written the money off now as I don’t expect to get any further forward. Please save yourself the money and time and avoid.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered in July of 2021 and I never received my order. Despite contacting them for over 12 months I kept getting told it was with a courier but nothing was ever sent. Then they fessed up that due to covid they had a delay in orders, they also told me I wasn't entitled to a refund even though they never sent my order to me. Absolutely disgusted by this company.

I was an influencer for this company. Seemed legit, they sent me my product and then when it came to paying me they ghosted. I took down my promo post immediately as I do t want people buying from them.

I ordered the box in June 2021 and it is now the end of November and it hasn’t arrived

This is 100% a scam ran by a scummy young man named Ethan Ban. DO NOT give them your money, they will seem legitimate with an order and shipping confirmation, then ghost and block your email when you follow up.

Literally TERRIBLE. They steal customers money. I cannot begin to explain how horrible of a customer service experience I had. They completely ghosted me for 3 months and kept promising me free things that they never sent. Now their website is taken down for good reason.

Terrible! Never received my items tried to make contact and still no resolution.
Had to seek a refund via the bank and reported to the ACCC. I will never purchase from this company or any associated company!

You guys are disgraceful thieving scam artists, never received my order, spent over $200. Ignoring my messages and all contact. Don’t order from here it’s a scam. Dirty dogs.

Horrible. Never received my product. They never got back to me with multiple platforms of trying to reach them.

I have had the worst experience ever with this brand!! Not only did I never receive my order, nor a refund, but they have since stopped responding to any emails. I know people who have ordered from this brand before without issues, but I cannot recommend this brand to anyone. Do not order from them.

Item never arrived! It has been months with no updates

SCAM. I never received my products. I paid money for these items and could not even get in contact with anyone about a refund, never mind the products I wanted to buy from their site.

Purchased the bundle and did not receive the items!

This company is pathetic as they lied about the item being posted, did not respond to emails and did not return my money.

Seems to me like a scam.
