Hi there,
I'm sorry to hear that your slippers are falling apart after just two weeks of wearing them. That's definitely not what we want for our customers.
I would appreciate it if you could reply to the follow-up email we sent a week ago with more details about your order, and we'll do our best to resolve this for you as quickly as possible.

Slippers
The slippers I ordered did not have enough material over the heal and would not stay on my feet. I returned them to the company and have yet to get any responce or a refund.

Dear Customer,
We're sorry to hear that the slippers you received did not meet your expectations, and we understand how frustrating it can be when a product doesn't work as intended.
We'd like to clarify that we did receive your email regarding the return request and we replied to you on Feb 13th to ask more details. Unfortunately, we didn't receive any further response from you, which made it difficult for us to move forward with your request.
In the meanwhile, we've been trying to locate your return request in our system using your name, email, order number, and address. However, we have been unable to locate any information related to your return request, which has prevented us from processing your refund.
We take customer satisfaction very seriously and would like to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Please get in touch with us again with your return details, and we'll be happy to assist you with your refund.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.

I was so excited to get the Bob Ross men’s slippers for my nephew. The slippers in his size run extremely small. I have been trying in vain to contact customer service via phone & email & many times… I have never received any kind of response from either. I wanted to return as the next larger size was sold out.I now have a useless pair of slippers & out the money paid for them. I am terribly disappointed & will not shop with your company ever again!

Hi there,
We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the sizing issue with the Bob Ross men's slippers you purchased for your nephew. We understand how disappointing it can be when a product does not meet your expectations.
We have tried reaching out to you via email 3 days ago to assist with the return process, but unfortunately, we did not receive a response from you. We understand that you were looking to return the slippers for a larger size, which was sold out at the time. We do have a return policy in place, and we would have been happy to help you process the return and issue a refund or different style with larger size exchange.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we hope to have the opportunity to serve you better in the future.
Best regards,
Oooh Yeah Team
Was not reimbursed for their mistake
The socks are great, but when I put in the recipient's address (they were a gift for a friend in NYC) it didn't save and the socks were sent to my address, the default in their system. I had to then send them to my friend in NYC and I was not reimbursed for the shipping.

Hi there,
Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us regarding your recent order. We understand how important it is to ensure that your gifts arrive at their intended destination, and we are sorry for any inconvenience you experienced.
After reviewing the information in our system, it appears that the issue was caused by the recipient address not being saved or provided correctly. Our system is designed to simplify the ordering process, and we rely on our customers to double-check the information they provide before placing the order. As a result, it is company policy not to provide shipping reimbursement in these situations.
We hope this information clarifies the matter and we appreciate your understanding. If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.
Best regards,

Oooh Yeah Makes It All Possumble!
I originally found the "Anything is Possumble" socks in the Smoky Mountain Knife Works and flipped! I know I had to get these and also share with my local radio DJ friend whose last name just happens to be Possley! (His name is Uncle Tim and we seem to have an uncanny connection). Anyway, would highly recommend Oooh Yeah for their amazingly-nifty socks and delightful e-mails. These are truly the ultimate stocking..s..or stocking stuffers! Anyway you stuff them, everybody wins. So get in now while they are still available..Christmas is imminent!!

Cool Socks!
They have really cool socks. Unfortunately, the socks did not fit. They are way too tight for a 12 hour shift in a large size. They have been very nice in their return policy. Just hoping they will have an XL in long compression socks in the future. Thank you.
