I confirmed my appt with John 45 mins beforehand. Another 45 mins after getting there, I find out he forgot to order the needed part for my truck that we both agreed he'd order as the truck had already been diagnosed twice. If he had owned up to that from the moment he realized it rather than jerking me around saying I needed another appt, as if I misunderstood the purpose of the current appt, the encounter wouldn't have ended with me telling him to go F himself and him jumping up and down in the street in front of Ooroo's, flailing his arms, screaming for me to come back and fight him until I literally turned the corner a 3rd of a mile away. Quite entertaining actually. Good times. Otherwise a waste of my time. Including dealing with the owner. Another thing of note to customers, this business runs lots of commercials and I think it's a safe bet that cost is worked into the cost of service. Date of my service is approximate.

If not preforming services you asked for and preforming what THEY want to do,making excuses for not using their shuttle service they offer and using YOUR vehicle even though you stated you have a carseat for said shuttle. And having your check engine light come on a week after they have your vehicle, power steering fluid being EMPTY after leaving their shop(but is fine now after being filled even though they claim a leak)No oil change done even though that's what you requested and is in a 90k service at most good auto repair shops. This place is terrible,they took advantage of a sick single mom needing help. They pick and choose what they wanted to do for a 90k mile service that was being paid for by an amazing place that helps people in our community. I'm baffled at the email response I received from Lindsey the director of operations. MAKE SURE YOU UNDERSTAND EVERYTHING BEING TOLD TO YOU AND GET AN ESTIMATE EMAILED TO YOU BEFORE AGREEING TO ANYTHING! I never received an estimate,I was trying to write everything down a Rory was quickly giving a list of things that "needed to be done."

Was quick and easy to schedule someone to look at my car and setup a day to repair it. Technician was friendly as well.

Dylan was very helpful and explained what he did and what may be needed. Very nice gentleman. Will definitely be booking my next oil change with them again!

A+++ for OOROO. I learned about and used their mobile service for my car that was having a bad time. Instead of having to call and have it towed in, they came to me. It worked out great. I highly recommend OOROO and their service, both in shop and now the mobile convenience too.
Turned out my car needed more than could be done at my home. They sent two of their folks to collect my car and took it to the shop, didn’t have to call and have it towed. All this service at no extra cost. They were going to bring it home after repairs but I happened to be shopping and decided to stop by and pick it up.

This all to me is service above and beyond any experience I’ve ever had before for car repairs. I can’t give them enough stars for how impressed I was. Thanks OOROO

I have used OOROO for as long as they have been open. It is the best auto service I have ever had in my long life. I can't say enough nice things about how good the service is, how courteous the mechanics are, and how safe I feel in my vehicle after it has been properly cared for.

My van battery died and I received a jump from a friend and drove directly to Ooroo, without an appointment, and they took care of putting in a new battery for me on the spot. Great customer service! I will definitely be going back to Ooroo :)

Very professional work and customer service.

Needed routine maintenance and another repair. All were done timely and 10% under estimate. Happy with the results!

Very professional, courteous and quick. They come to my office and I can keep working while my oil is changed. They let me know of any issues while they are working on my car, to see if I want to go ahead and fix it now, and if I want to wait, they will put me on the schedule to follow up and get it fixed the following month. Dylan, the mobile technician, is friendly and a pleasure to deal with! Love Ooroo and would recommend them to anyone!

Seamless service! Was able to get an oil change in next day. Great communication, quick service, great customer service. Very honest about my extra car needs. Let me know my two front tires needed replaced ( and this isn’t a service they provide) which I felt was awesome to help me out with no benefit to them. Zach was awesome!

Zac was very nice. Helpful and completed the job quickly and efficiently.

I've been using the mobile service for several years to maintain my BMW. While I do miss the experience of wasting four hours in the lobby of a repair shop and drinking bad coffee, I'd rather stay at home and drink my own coffee while my car is repaired. Beyond the convenience, the work is excellent, thorough and reasonably priced. I can't imagine why anyone would not use this convenient service.

This was an easy and convenient way to get car maintenance done. I was able to continue working at home while Dylan performed the needed maintenance. He was so pleasant and kept me informed throughout the process. Great service that is also convenient, Ooroo has this mastered.

They were able to fit me in without an appointment and replace my dead battery. Very kind and helpful!
