We ordered £400 worth of stuff in May. Never arrived. Lots of messages to customer service asking where it is, responses saying "let me look into that for you." Phone number doesn't work. Instagram messages are ignored (and they have spammed mosaic-style posts into their feed to move all the bad messages and comments down.

I've tried to claim the money back via my bank and I am just waiting. There are loads more people in the same boat that I've seen messages from on instagram and google. AVOID!

Ordered an item which never arrived. Sent numerous emails which went unanswered. Don’t waste your time or money

I purchased a clock early August 2020. It never arrived. Their contact number is 'unavailable' and my emails to find out what was going on bounced back. Still no idea if Ooster is a genuine site or a scam? Steer well clear.

I ordered a clock from oostor.com and nothing ever arrived. Despite repeated emails and telephone calls there was no response. I sought and obtained a refund from PayPal. I suggest you avoid the site.

Total scam. Ordered a shirt for my dad's birthday the middle of May...still no sign of said shirt and still no reply to any of the countless emails I've sent. Luckily I paid via PayPal so I have some protection! Avoid like the plague!!!!

Worst company I've bought products from. 3 weeks after placing my order and after a ton of emails I'm still waiting to hear from them! Terrible customer service. So very disappointed.

Love the pots, all received and all fine. Would have given 5 stars if communication had been a bit better early on, I honestly thought I had been scammed out of my money - it was so quiet once I paid, but I got what I wanted so all's well that ends well. Would deal with again.

Ordered some planters from this website and a clock. The clock arrived within 6 days but I have only received the planters 2.5 weeks after placing the order!!! I was expecting to receive everything in one parcel, when i got through to their customer service they said that they are a marketplace and don’t hold stock as it’s shipped out by individual sellers and the delay is due to the covid-19. It would be nice if the company had some indication on expected times of arrival and how they operate! I have to admit that the products that I received are nice but it was really frustrating to wait for the planters for so long.

Terrible. Not sure I've ever had a company just ignore my order - never shipping it, getting in touch, or responding to a demand for answers. Thankfully I paid through paypal and have raised a dispute, so will get my money back eventually. But it's just appallingly poor of an online store to be this way. I mean, are they even still running? Do they have the product or not? Are they a scam to just take people's money? For reference, I made my order on 23 Jan and only realised on 31 Jan that it never arrived. As it was Fri, I gave them until Mon 3 Feb to respond and as of 4 Feb they have not said a word. Hence, opening the paypal case last night. So, it's not that they haven't had more than sufficient time to ship the product or reach out to me!

I'd been looking for something different and unique to give to my partner of 5 years and I happened to stumble across an online store which sold lots of beautiful things. I wanted to get something for her to put in our new apartment and I saw that ooster had some wonderful homeware pieces.
I purchased something I've never seen before in my life - a levitating planter! It is absolutely amazing and it looks and works really well in our new apartment. Quite a bit pricey, but worth it. It's created a lot of conversation between my friends who visit!

Great customer service! I needed a product for next day delivery for my sister's birthday and the option for next day delivery was not available. I phoned the company and the lady at their customer service phoned the brand that sells the item and arranged it to be delivered for the next day. The gift for my sister arrived the next day! The quality, packaging of the design of the necklace was great. My sister loved her gift :)
