I’ve been using Opal Transfer for over 3 years to send money from the UK to Bulgaria, and I’m extremely satisfied. Transfers are always fast, secure, and very easy to arrange. I’ve never had any issues, and the money always arrives on time.
The customer service is also excellent—whenever I’ve had a question, I’ve received quick and clear support from real people.
Honestly, I wouldn’t switch to another provider. I highly recommend Opal Transfer to anyone looking for a reliable way to send money to Bulgaria!

Never again
Never again – unreliable international money transfer!
I am extremely disappointed with Opaltrans. My father sent money from the UK to Germany today at 8:30 AM, which, according to their website, should arrive instantly. It is now 3:50 PM, and the money still hasn’t arrived.
When contacting customer service, he received conflicting information: first, the transaction was said to be at the “Credit Control” stage – something that has never happened before. Later, when calling again at 2:40 PM, he was told there were “technical difficulties.” Two different employees, two completely different explanations – and the money is still not received.
Opaltrans advertises on their website that money sent today will arrive the same day. This is clearly not true. I will be using other services in the future and cannot recommend Opaltrans at all. Extremely disappointing and unreliable.

I've had a terrible experience with Opal Transfer. My money was held for a ages, with little to no comunications about why. What should have been a straightforward transfer turned into a drawn-out process. I had to chase repeatedly, and every time I was left waiting without clear answers.
When you trust a company with your funds, you expect efficiency and transparancy, Opal failed on both counts. I will not be using their services again, and I strongly advice others to look elsewhere if they value timely and reliable transfers.

Shady terminology and legalease language in contracts
I took out a short loan based on my pay which os Thursdays.
The company went to withdraw on Wednesday and I dont keep money in that account. It's just for payments .
The payment bounced and when I advised them of this they sent me a bunch of threatening language .
I looked at the contract and the payment was to end on the 9th of July .
They added the missed payment I stead of just taking it out on the next day .
I was charged 45$ by the bank and they added another 45 $ nsf .
They claim they have the right to both draw a day early and that banks a 24 grace period
Not my bank you pay the day they try to withdraw or they reverse it .
Also they added 2 extra weeks onto the contract claiming they are allowed to alter the co tract anytime they want .
They are not practising fair business practices. They are acting in greed and lack empathy compassion or kindness
Be very careful when dealing with this comparing
I will never use them again ---
