The new app takes some getting used to…
The new app takes some getting used to and is difficult to use. But thanks to Wesley, who helped me a lot. After some initial problems, the transfer was completed successfully. Great customer service, provided via WhatsApp.

My recent experience with the staff no issues, however l find it frustrating and stressful with their new App. Personally It is not user friendly and there are glitches as on Monday l made an error whilst entering my phone details and had to abandon the transaction because it would not respond it froze. I do hope l will get use to it currently l feel let down.
