Money send on 25/11/25 remain processing despite number of reminders. Very disappointed with service.
However, “Following my review and concerns regarding service delays, PayAngel responded promptly and addressed the issue satisfactorily. They also recommended an alternative payment method to help prevent similar delays in the future.”

The ease and speed at which my recipients received thier funds.
The company was doing well by text and email which was reassuring, but now, I do not receive any texts at all. Email, yes, but text can easily be read and saved. The fonts used for the email are too small. Also I once made a very important request, it was not met. Overall, good, but rates are not competitive, they keep going down.
