Couldn’t connect to my bank account and each time I tried had to enter ALL the data again - I get that I would need to enter account details etc but why my name and address - gave up after the 5th time

All sounds very promising but...
All sounds very promising but I tried twice to invest with them and both times, I couldn’t get past the opening hurdles. Computer says no.
The initial questions and profiling isn’t fit for purpose and this makes me question how efficiently they would manage my money.

Terrible
Terrible. Linking bank accounts did not work. Tried lots of times. No option given if doesn't work. I am sure all login details correct. Wasted over an hour in all. Very annoying.

An Interesting Approach to Investing and Saving
A great proposition, received a recommendation and I can also chat with an adviser. Its a different approach to investing which I hope works. I use the app but would like to see Monzo and Starling integrated into the account aggregation feature.

Open Money good deed company
Open Money is absolutely the one place for all your financial needs. They offer extended support and the customer care team is spot on assisting the customers. I would highly recommend OpenMoney from my own personal experience with them. An account with them doesn’t tie you up and they are impartial.

An easy platform to use
An easy platform to use. I had to be patient to synch my bank accounts to the app (some required a couple of attempts) but investing is certainly easy.
I'm yet to use the helpline, but the questionnaire and investment assessment is pretty detailed and I have gone ahead with the OpenMoney recommendation.
This is my first time investing so I am reliant upon their advice...time will tell how good it is!

Really like open money
Really like open money. I opened a stocks and shares isa that I drip money into every month. I love that the app is so easy to use and shows me my money at a glance. Website is more comprehensive and they have a messaging service to drop in questions that they always answer. It's opening my eyes to simple ways to save.
They also provide analysis of your bank accounts and how you spend with is fairly useful to understand what you are blowing your cash on!
