So difficult to open an account
I spoke to someone on Tuesday who told me my account was set up. Upon opening the app to proceed, I get a message telling me they need more information from me and that one of the team would be in touch soon. I'm still waiting to hear from them over 48 hours later despite me ringing their helpline. I'm very disappointed in your customer service OpenMoney

Slow and unstable app
Came off the app after ten mins of waiting for it to keep loading the next screen. Then it kept closing and freezing when re-opened. Would probably be a good app if it was quick and stable

Straight forward and easy to understand.
Found the experience really straight forward and the advice easy to understand. I was really happy that my advice recommendation was free and I only have to pay now that I have my ISA and portfolio of investments, although still cheaper than my pension (which is held with another provider). Really like the concept of online advice and would recommend.

It's been really hard to start my account
It's been really hard to start my account with them
I've tried to set up my account on the app and I keep on coming up with some problems. However, I arranged a phone call with them to discuss what my plan should be and the call both educated me and helped me decide how I'd run my investments.
Shame that the app is a bit buggy
