Unprofessional and Untrustworthy

Avoid this agency at all costs. They failed to pay me full rent for months, with several payments missing and no explanations given. Communication was non-existent — they ignored emails and calls repeatedly. Completely unprofessional and financially irresponsible. I’ve had to escalate the matter legally. Landlords, tenants and sellers, be warned.

A property came live approx 5 days ago and has e rang each to day to arrange a viewing and have been advised someone will call me back and still waiting

So professional and easy to deal with.I’ll be using these guys in the future again.

I can only thank Openhouse for a professional service from beginning till completion. They communicated brilliantly throughout the whole process and showed attention to detail.
