SCAM!!BEWARE FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!!
Bought the ticket and received only the order confirmation. Many e-mail requests for the tickets to be sent were never responded. Their supposedly "call center" is a sham as calls are never answered and I tried 20-30 times over the last 4 days. I have reported the scam to Google as this business even pays to advertise there. I have also asked Google to activate the review functionality as many other customers will fall prey to this scams if no reviews are available on Google, too. Avoid also the other same SCAM company with different name discoverculture.com

HOPEFULLY YOULL READ THIS BEFORE PURCHASING. This is a scam. We bought tickets, got the confirmation email, then another email saying they didint have the purchased category any more saying that they would refund if I didn't reply in 5 days; and this was a month and haven't got any refund whatsoever

They are fake ! Stay away ! I reported them already . They take the money and never gave the tickets . They don’t reply ro any emails

Operaguide is a fake shop. Ordered Opera tickets, but after payment, never received anything except a confirmation of my order. An email complaint had not been answerd. Luckily I get aware of the shops fake nature in time so that I could cancel the money transfer.
Operaguide is working also under the name discoverculture. Be aware!
The Austrian Firmenbuchnummer they claim to be registered under does not exist. Clear indication of fraud!

I wanted to buy opera tickets, the website told that the payment was not processed. Then I tried for the second time with the same result. However, both payments were deducted from my account. I approached the customer service, which initially responded and confirmed one rejected transaction, while not said a single word about the second, then finished responding. I ended up lighter of 500€ making complaint to the bank, hoping the chargeback procedure will be successful. AVOID THEM IF YOU CAN.

Bought a 250 Euro voucher for a friend's birthday in February. Received the confirmation,order number and voucher. So far so good. My friend partially redeemed the voucher for 2 tickets to Bilbao opera in November. Confirmation of the order was sent but up until now he has not received any e-tickets. No-one responds to any email or answers the phone. I fear this is not a legitimate company but a group of scammers. I would be happy to be proven wrong. Await a positive response from Opera Guide!!

They are a complete disaster. They charge 20% extra on tickets they buy online and they do not provide any extra service. If you want to cancel, they charge you 20%.
