As with the old insoles it happend that I lost a stirrup when the horse made a unexpected movement I got new and stronger insoles for free. With these new insoles I did not loose the stirrup again.
All in all I am very happy with the Ophena. Beside the aspect of security it also brings the leg in a good position and it looks stylish. Will definitly keep them.

I can't express how happy I am with Ophena's customer service ! I won't rate the product here because sure the stirrups are amazing but there already have so many good reviews. I'll focus on my customer service experience because these guys really deserve to be heard of . I'm beyond thrilled with them. Probably one of the best CS ever. (yes Simon you're my hero !! :-) ) . Extremely reactive and efficient and always here to answer every interrogation you might have.
I've had a request with my insoles and within 2 days (the weekend nonetheless ! ) a new pair had been shipped to me. I would have never expected so much efficiency. I'm beyond thrilled with them and I'll recommend Ophena to all my friends without any hesitation. If you have any question or the slightest concern about any of their products pre- or post-purchase just shoot them a message and they'll make a priority to answer, reassure you and fix it if needed the best they can.

magnetic safety stirrups from Ophena work great for me, it is really plug and play. The magnetic insoles fitted right into my jodhpurs. Once you place your foot onto the stirrup it orients right into position and stays there. Ophena sells insoles with three different magnet positions so you can always find the most comfortable for you !! Very good and friendly customer support, thank you simon!!
