We're sorry that the order is not what you were expecting. We do make a determined effort throughout the entire cart, checkout and ordering process to make it very clear what platform the game being purchased is for.
We're unable to refunds fully working keys after they have been delivered as it encourages fraud which we already have a hard time detering.
However, if you're able to contact our support and show them evidence of anything misleading that caused you to believe the game was a Playstation 3 license key (as opposed to the more popular and standard Steam), we'll be more than happy to investigate and refund if the miscommunication is on our part.
You're welcome to use trade, sell on or giveaway the Steam key in the meantime.

Order Refunds
I have been asking for a refund for my two purchases because I never received the keys for the game. If you sent them days after my purchase, I would like to return them and be refunded. There was no stipulation about waiting days after purchase for a key. The order numbers were #133964 and #133968.

During your orders we had a bug that meant emails went out with blank keys, however they should have been visible from your account via this link: https://www.opiumpulses.com/order/index
We obviously can't refund working keys after they have been delivered as it puts us at great risk of fraud. When it comes to digital content there can never be assurance of instant delivery 100% of the time, due to fraud checks and payment processing, so while we aim wherever possible to deliver products instantly (as with your previous orders), there can at times be short delays.
We hope you understand our position and can make use of your orders, whether you trade them on or play them yourself :)
