Make sure i get brand new!! But i got 2025 tyres so all good and the price was cheaper then anywhere else online by big amount… and shipment was like 3 work days

Order #164638993 for a single Hankook for Tesla. I received a faulty tire that was discovered by the installer, but since the old tire was unrepairable and the new tire's fault was not critical, I proceeded to install it.

I opened a warranty claim and attached a video showing the problem. I expected a swift resolution from OPONEO by sending a new tier and returning old one. Instead, I was dealing with the most annoying support people ever.

OPONEO asked to return the tire for "factory testing," which can take up to 60 days. In the meantime, no spare tire will be supplied to the customer.

Testing tires on customers (time) expense is unacceptable.

Saving 5 euros compared to other online tire shops is not worth it when you have to deal with such an incompetent aftersales, and this was the last time I purchased anything from Oponeo.nl

Worst company , delivery 2-3 days they says and I was waiting over 2weeks !!! One band with damage!! Never again !!!

Tragedy. I paid more specifically to get the tires faster. I've been calling for two days asking where my tires are. No one can answer. First and last time I've ordered from this site.

They don't think along. I bought new tires and 3 months later I went on vacation by car. 1 of the tires just popped on the way back. I made pictures and movies but I couldn't take along the tire because the car was full with vacation supplies. They just tell me they need the tire. They do everything just to reassure they don't have to pay. Thank god we stopped in time otherwise we would have been in a very bad accident. If I could give 0 stars I would have.

Very lousy service, be very careful when ordering here, they try to catch you with cheap prices, when they cannot deliver. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
I ordered tires at Oponeo that were available in two price ranges, the cheaper ones that took 3 days of delivery (most probably also with an older DOT code but I don't mind) and more expensive ones that took 1-2 days of delivery. The day after I ordered and paid, I received a call that the tires I ordered were not available anymore and they could offer me other brands (which were clearly midsize brands and not the premium brand I ordered). When I challenged them by requesting to send me the exact same tires that are still available with the faster delivery time, they came up with a non-excuse about a different warehouse and shipping costs. They insisted to just cancel the order.
It is not my problem that they cannot deliver the tire I clearly could order on the website for the cheaper price, when the exact same tire is available with faster delivery. It is their mistake and they should at least offer me the tire with faster delivery for the same price.
I haven't received my money back yet!

I’ve had the worst experience with this company. They promise a 2–3 day delivery on their website, yet it took a full nine days for my order to arrive. Unfortunately, the wheels I received caused vibrations, and two separate service centers confirmed there is an issue. When I tried to return them, it took a week just for the company to pick them up for a check.

Now I’ve been waiting for over a month for them to inspect the wheels, and I’m left with neither a refund nor the wheels themselves—right in the middle of January, when I need them the most. Looks like a robbery

This is by far the most disappointing service I have ever encountered, and I wouldn’t recommend doing business with them to anyone

Wortless company with worthless customer service, waiting 2 months now for my tires.

So effectively they stole 500 euro from me.

After I post this, oponeo will say they cannot do anything without the order number. But this is just to cover their ass, giving an order number will not help me.
