I wanted Michelin CrossClimates for my car, so I shopped around a lot online, and found Oponeo had the best pricing. I was nervous due to the low pricing, but my experience was excellent. The delivery quoted was 48 hours, but the tires arrived within 5 days (I ordered on a Wednesday night and they arrived the following Monday) but I think that was due to DPD, not Oponeo. The correct tires arrived in the right size, and the tires were manufactured within the past 6 months.
I am very pleased with the transaction, and I would happily purchase from them again. I would just make sure to leave a bit of a buffer between ordering and your installaton appointment in case of delay.

I was waiting 8 days for one tire.

The front tires look very good, I have been driving for 2 years and have had no problems, so I also bought the rear tires of the same brand

Bought a full set of accelera iota at-68 255/50 r20 a few years back for my Range Rover sport, handling seamed atrocious but turned out that it was my tracking was all over the place, got it re aligned and what a difference, in the dry, snow, wet, handled fantastic and very quiet, all be it that during the time my tracking was out it had shot the inner edges, hence this review, did a search online for the same tyres and oponeo came out the cheapest by far, ordered them on the Thursday evening and turned up on the Tuesday morning even though it was a bank holiday and all the other issues around the state funeral we have just had, 5 stars, I would give oponeo 10 stars if I could, cheapest online to buy and free delivery. Couldn’t ask for more. Thanks oponeo.

Product not delivered, customer service a disaster .

Customer service a disaster,after 20 days still waiting for delivery,People from customer service not friendly and i need to wait untill they send me the delivery,i ask my money back and also that is not possible.
Stay away from this shop.

Bought 2 tires who were delivered at the assigned tire-centre withing 4 days. Autobedrijf Lukas installed and balanced the tires, resulting in a perfect job.

My tires got lost. I didn’t receive any tracking number. Very poor contact with customer service. I am still waiting for their feedback. Definitely will never buy here again.

Stupid DPD.... I'm waiting for my package 3 day's....

There were no problems with delivering the package on your part. The problem is that the courier left the tires under the door of the apartment. We did not receive any text messages that the courier was on the way or what time he would be in our area. Leaving the tires worth almost 400 euros just under the door is not very professional for us. The tires and the handling of your part like oponeo is good.

My order arrived in less than 48 hours. The tyres came as ordered and mounted on the same day. Everything was smooth.

I ordered tyres, received an email and a call the day after and was told there were not in stock. They gave me other options and they agreed to pay the difference as they were slightly more expensive. 2 days later received another email stating they also weren't in stock. I phoned the company and ordered different tyres. The telephony agent agreed to speak to a manager about the price difference and would call me back the day after. An agent did call me back and was very arrogant, not very helpful with plenty of attitude stating they wouldn't pay the difference. I asked to speak to a manager, apparently they don't have ANY managers available, (very hard to believe!) What a joke. It's now a week later and still no tyres, although they are happy to take your money....and will be 1-3 days before I receive my refund. If you want to start your day off with high blood pressure, headaches and no tyres then by all means order from this company...if this isn't how you want to spend your week, then I would suggest to STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Unfortunately you aren't able to give 0 stars so had to put 1 😡 Order number: 107018863.
I think your reply is nonsense. If you read your own reviews you will see the problems occurs no matter whether your in high tyre season or not.

The tires were very good price, but a year old. I expected it, so I'm not disappointed. There was an option to free of charge send them back. I decided to keep them. I'm happy.
