Absolutely fantastic and swift service when we contacted OP Scooters for our four-days trip to London. Basically, our daughter had hurt her leg and we desperately needed a Xootr so that our 10-year old could stand on it while my wife also was on it, scooootering around the streets of London. OP Scooter fixed the delivery, as agreed, to our hotel before we arrived and even added the Perfect extra-surprise in the box. In short: OP Scooter score 11 and Xootr score 11 (for those who know their movie-references). The Xootr we bought was genius for getting around in London. Build-quality, price and functionality absolutely fab! Can truly recommend this (and OP) for everyone!

Ondrej is fantastic. We had a problem with the first scooter we ordered, and Ondrej immediately attempted to solve the problem and when it failed sent a replacement and paid for the return of the original. You couldn't ask for a better customer experience. Highly, highly recommended!

Excellent service and advice
We have bought already 4 scooters with delivery at the Isle of Man and the dispatch and practical advice was perfect. Ondrej's personal tips and other Blog entries in OP Scooters website are also very helpful. Well done.

They have been great throughout the buying process , fast response to e mails ,kept in touch with any issues and even gave me some advice on what one would suit me best and although the two scooters they where sending where from separate places they arranged so my son and eye received them on the same day , absolutely brilliant.

Didn't know anything about different makes of scooter or what I really wanted so I rang Ondrej, went to see him, tried out 16", 20" and 26" wheels, got reassured about Yedoo build quality and ordered a Dragstr. Three days later Ondrej rang and arranged to deliver the completely built scooter (they come in bits!). Since then I've scooted (?) all over Islington and round Finsbury Park with no problems. The Dragstr's great and scoot(er?)ing is a lot of fun. OP Scooters did me proud: excellent service. Thanks Ondrej!

There was a short unexpected delay in delivery but after contacting Opscooters I was reassured of prompt delivery which turned out to be next day. I had anticipated next day/within 3 day delivery from point of order and I would prefer an update instead of chasing myself. Otherwise, great service.

I asked for general information as to my suitability to a scooter and vice versa and received a prompt informative reply. After some more prompt correspondence I decided to purchase a scooter. Excellent service and delivery.
