You are not getting all your money when selling on OPSkins.com.
OPSkins.com will let you sell your items but there are fees associated with withdrawing of funds and you can only withdraw in round sums equal to $10.00 so if you have $28.00 you can only withdrawal $20.00 minus fees so $16.00 and $8.00 stays "in your account" (ie. OPSkins has your money can do whatever they want with it as long as they make it available to you when you want to access your funds. So basically you are lending OPSkins your money without any benefits.
