Excellent probiotics and genuinely noticeable results
I’ve been using Optibac Probiotics for around six months now and honestly they’ve been first class. I originally started taking them to support my gut health and digestion, and I’ve genuinely noticed a difference in how I feel overall.
The products are easy to take, gentle on the stomach, and the quality feels far better than some of the cheaper brands I’ve tried in the past. Delivery has always been quick and reliable too.
What I also really like is that I’ve set up a monthly subscription, so the probiotics are automatically sent out each month and I never have to think about reordering or running out. It just makes life easier.
Overall, a brilliant company and a product I’ll definitely continue using. Would happily recommend Optibac to anyone looking to improve their gut health naturally.

I have ordered several Optibac products over the last few months, they have a fantastic customer service. My orders have been sent very quickly and traceable through the Royal Mail app. The one time I have had a problem my email was answered by return and problem solved. I use the Optibac Woman which I find really helps my B.V and the Optibac Every Day Extra which has improved my gut problems

Outstanding Customer Experience that blew me away!
I have been having long-term problems with constipation since my colonoscopy last July. My consultant at the hospital said that I have a slow digestive system because of my age, but offered no advice on how to gain daily bowel movements. Plus, my doctor would only give me laxatives, which, based on research, can harm the gut and liver with long-term use. I have also recently become bloated in the evening, even though I eat a high-protein, healthy diet with sufficient fibre.
After requesting a callback from Optibac, I received a call today from Louise Mason, a Nutrition Team Leader at Optibac and a highly qualified Natural Nutritionist Therapist. This call was life-changing because it was the first time I had someone who was understanding, knowledgeable, a great listener, and empathetic about my condition. We discussed my diet and the various products that should resolve the constipation. Louise also offered me support via email or the option to request another callback in 4 weeks to discuss my progress. I highly recommend you take a look at the Optibac website; you won't be disappointed, as they really do support your journey. Thank you, Louise – simply amazing!

Great support during pregnancy
We used Optibac Probiotics during my wife’s pregnancy and it made a huge difference for her. She struggled with bloating and digestive discomfort, especially in the second trimester, and after taking Optibac regularly she felt much more comfortable and balanced.
What we really liked was that the ingredients felt gentle and suitable for pregnancy, which gave us peace of mind. The capsules were easy to take and she didn’t experience any side effects.
It’s hard to know which probiotics actually work, but this is one product we genuinely noticed benefits from. We’d definitely recommend Optibac to other mums-to-be looking for digestive support during pregnancy.

I asked for my order to be delayed for a month as I am on holiday. You ignored that request and sent it anyway so it is sitting outside my home now, or someone has taken the package. You made it clear on your website that there was no provision to manage subscription preferences and you suggested that I email you which I did. I didn’t even receive a response. Very shabby customer service.

I contacted them for advice due to taking antibiotics. I contacted them through the contact form on the website. The response from Hannah was so helpful and detailed, service that is rare today.
I have used their products before and tried other brands but i always come back to opitibac.
