Great company and products
I take the OptiBac For Women and OptiBac Every Day. I have returned to OptiBac after trying other probiotics. These suit me better. I have started a subscription again, to save money and know I have my daily dose. The packaging for delivery is great and I love the glass jars. Very swift delivery and notification of delivery.

Problem with delivery left for me to sort out.
Great product, let down by delivery from Parcel Force and subsequent unhelpfulness from Optibac customer services, who left me to chase and rearrange delivery.
I had on subscription but have now cancelled as I can't rely on it being delivered in time. Not had a problem with delivery from Parcel force previously and at least their customer service were helpful.
Update: Optibac have since apologised for their response and arranged for an immediate replacement (as Royal Mail/Parcelforce still haven't delivered as they said they would).

We use Royal Mail 48-hour tracked delivery as our free standard delivery, and I can see that your order was dispatched on 7th April and delivered on 9th April. The delay was caused by the order not being packed and dispatched due to the Easter weekend. We do advise our customers that there will be delays over Bank Holidays when we are closed, I am sorry that this wasn't obvious and caused disappointment for you.
In general, if your order is placed before 2pm on a working day it will be dispatched on that day. Orders placed after this cut off, or on weekends and Bank Holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
You could set up a subscription and save 15%, and know that your order will be automatically dispatched.
