I bought prescription sunglasses from Optical and it is complete disappointment after spending substantial amount of money. Frame material used is very cheap and frame is broken. Never had this kind of unsatisfactory product experience before. Called Optical and they are reluctant to replace the glasses. I strongly recommend to stay away from Optical as it is cheap quality and they don't understand concept of the quality as well as difficult to deal with.

Glasses were poorly made. They functioned correctly for about two weeks then they broke.

Absolutely horrid and dishonest company. Lost my eyeglasses in shipping and refuses to send a replacemsnt. In their last correspondence from them they told me to check my mailbox again and look in my yard. I K know how. to use a mailbox. I also know a company I will never use again.

I ordered a pair of sunglasses with bifocals. Sent a copy of my prescription and waited. When the glasses arrived, the had inverted the bifocal part of the glasses so the line was at the bottom and the half moon at the center. This gave a very narrow area to use for reading. They told me this is the correct way to make bifocals. I showed them a picture of bifocals from their website showing the proper way bifocals should be. To be honest, I didn't expect to get a refund or a proper pair of glasses. I just wanted them to admit they screwed up my order. They refused to do so. Use these people at your own risk.

This company is a scam. Waited almost a month without receiving my purchase. Asked for an up on 7/30. They sent a reply asking to wait a few more days without receiving some sort of tracking info. Checked yesterday 7/30 and the tracking site stated the glasses arrived in LA 7/21. Checked today and it now says they were delivered on 7/28. I received nothing. Guess I have to chalk it up as a loss. Hopefully people will read this and not fall for the scam.

What a joke. Glasses I can't see through clearly and then they have the cheek to tell me to get them tested at SpecSavers which would cost me £35. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Stupid inserts were not made correctly and couldn’t see. I will not deal with them ever again. All I wanted to do was return them and get credit, they were hard to deal with!

I ordered polarized sunglasses. I added prescription lenses. Because I didn't add tinting to the prescription, I got glasses. The customer service response was an offer for 35% off something else. I said that wasn't sufficient. I replied: The product is shown as AND called polarized sunglasses so why would I need to purchase lens tints on top of that? That's confusing and wouldn't make any sense.

Their final response was "sorry for the inconvenience". I will never purchase from this company again.

I ordered some wrap.around prescription sunglasses and first of all took a month to recieve.I was excited to use on my vacation to Puerto Rico but when I put them on my vision was blurry.I then contacted the company and they wanted proof of my prescription I sent it and still they say they did nothing wrong.I requested a refund and my money back but they refused 2x they wanted more proof from my doctor showing that the prescription is not correct.I don't have time with all the back and forth I paid for a product and provided the right prescription.Bottom.line don't buy from this company their customer service is the worst they make you feel as if you have done something wrong purchase your glasses elsewhere they are the worst prescription glasses company out there.

Ok - so they are cheap, about the third of the cost of other brands. I gave it a go as I use varifocals. The prescription with the insert was ok, problem started with a poorly fitting insert. They don't engage with the lugs which forces the insert to bend further inward than it should. This affects the PD and tunnel for the reading bit of the insert, making them useless. Emailed back and forth, but getting nowhere, so chalking it up to experience. Lots of great reviews, so if you are single vision - guess it's fine?
However, beware of the reviews on their website, as I think they curate them themselves.

As others have said, they deserve zero stars. The glasses were really cheaply made and smelled like a chemical factory even after airing them out. The prescription was also off so my vision was blurry with them. Their customer “service” dept. gave me the runaround, asking me to send the original prescription, which I did, then they went ghost. I wish I’d seen these reviews before they ripped me off.

I would give zero stars if I was able to. The products are made of very cheap materials, and have an awful chemical smell to them, even after airing them out for weeks and washing with dawn dish soap (as requested by customer service). The lenses themselves are also not right, even though the order was placed with an absolutely correct and current prescription. I have been trying to deal with customer service for 2 weeks now and have had zero positive or helpful response from them. They just keep saying they’re made to my specifications, even though the glasses are 100% unwearable. Save your money, and do NOT order from this website.

Doesn’t deserve any stars. They don’t give an answer why i never received my glasses. I have 20 pairs of Zenni because of their excellent customer service. It’s BS

The worst experience ever. >1.5 months their support were playing damn and telling me to wait, showing me some kind of their local china tracking that my glasses are on their way. After June 1 there wasn't any updates 15 days ... I requested refund >10 times - no response. Every 24-48 I got some kind of stupid responses - "what's your order #" (asked that question 2-3 times), "Please wait ", "we gonna contract shipping agent", etc ... . Then suddenly at June 15 I got notification that my order was delivered 15 days ago :-) ... Please beware - order something local, but never anything from these guys.

Avoid this scam and the positive reviews left by their employees. First order wasn't received and refund was denied. Second order wasn't in stock so I canceled it and once again refund was denied. Canceled through my bank. Bank advised that they have complaints regarding Optical Factor every week from victims not receiving the product or refunds.
