They sent me frames so small they could fit a 6-7 year old, despite me entering measurements from my 3 pair of prescription glasses. Refuse to return or refund. They SUCK! dont waste your money

These are cheap production eyeglasses. I regard them as disposable and so I bought three pair. First order got lost in California. Not much response other than a resend with a few weeks delay. Second round took nearly three weeks. Last time I will stress out using this company. Bought a pair from Warby Parker. More expensive. Good quality and rapid delivery. Optical factor product poor quality. Zenni is better and Warby Parker better again.

I ordered glasses for my son in June 2024. The glasses broke upon wearing them for the fourth time. They were sports glasses and he was running when they broke. He wasn’t hit, the clear string (yep, string) that held the lens in stretched. I contacted customer service multiple times and they refused to refund my money. They only offered unacceptable compromises. After a while, they stopped responding and have yet to refund my money. They were under $60, so it’s not a huge deal, it’s just the principal. The glasses were laughably cheap, and customer service was not responsive and condescending. Truly, the worst company I have ever worked with.

Use at your peril! Ordered a pair of safety glasses and sunglasses. Safety glasses fine, quite good actually. Sunglasses came with a clear defect in one lens. Then the problems began. What I expected would be a simple replacement sent out resulted in a 6 week backwards and forwards asking for test certificates and everything else. I sent videos showing it was a clear optical defect. I was told to let my eyes get used to it. Do not use this company, I may as well have ordered from a proper company at twice the price! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

My wife, son and myself all went and had our eye examination and the price we had to pay out of pocket has skyrocketed.
Looking at the frames and glasses they had to offer on top of what we already had to pay, I didn't want to purchase from them and looked around shopping the internet.
As a first time buyer, it took me awhile to understand the process to get what we wanted, but basically loaded our information we had been given from our last exam and then jump through hoops figuring out type of lenses, coatings, tints and frames in order to determine true cost, then add shipping charges is not a quick or easy process for a first time buyer.
However we each did find a pair we liked and ordered. They eventually came but the information and tracking is not like Amazon, we received by USPS.
I gave 4 stars only because it took longer to figure out how to order, then shipping charges on top of prices, which prices are good, but I won't place order again until shipping becomes less or free shipping offer drops under having to spend $100 per order when I only want to order a second set for myself and not whole family.

It took over 7 weeks to get glasses that I was told I would have in 3-4 weeks. Customer service was no help. Promised a refund of shipping but have not receiving it still. After receiving my glasses I can’t even wear them. I feel like I’m wearing beer goggles. They are no where close to my prescription. I will not recommend this place to anyone! Stay away from this company

Do not order from this company. It has been 35 days and the package is still in customs! Beware you are ordering something from mainland China.

Very nice Anti-Reflective Progressive Photochromic glasses for my complex varifocal prescription.
They are as described and received promptly.
A bargain for under £80.

Glasses I received were not in the frame color I had ordered. After informing them of this I was told they would send another pair in the correct color and to just keep the other pair. Good result.

Wraparound prescription sun glasses glasses better than ones I paid hundreds for from my optician. Optical Factor prices are so reasonable that I thought they were a scam. I risked it and I'm very, very satisfied, so satisfied I ordered a 2nd pair in another colour in clear lenses for cloudy weather.
I have a complex high prescription which local opticians struggle to get filled. Usually I have to limit it to long range or shirt but Optical Factor were able to fill my full prescription. While they still look a bit like bottle tops I can see very clearly long and short including reading. My only complaint is in ordinary frames the sizes are too big for my face so I can't purchase them.

I ordered goggles for my son who is plus 7 in both eyes. The aim was to get him playing rugby . After some back and forth re prescription I found the service to be great the product amazing and came in a timely manner. I will order again and am greatful to have my son playing sport and not disadvantaged.

Obviously the rather large amount of negative reviews gave me pause when first considering an order. But I thought, at these prices, I can't really say no and if things do go wrong I always have paypal to turn to.

So I took the plunge, and let me tell you it was totally worth it. Glasses took about a week to arrive and were perfect.

Prescription was spot on and frames feel sturdy and well made. I should mention my prescription is single vision and not a very strong prescription, so I can't comment on how they handle more.complex prescriptions.

Will definitely be ordering more pairs.

Scam. Never delivered anything. Kept saying it was going to be released from customs but never was. I didn’t realize it was coming from china when I made the purchase otherwise I would have bought from somewhere else

No prescription lenses in these glasses. Email after email and this company thinks it's up to you to get the lenses tested and provide a report to them before they will consider refunding. Avoid at all costs...raised dispute with PAYPAL & got a full refund that way. Avoid at all costs

This company is deceiving its customers with products that do not match their website and controlling reviews by not posting negative ones on their site.

Ordered motorcycle riding glasses with yellow lenses and prescription. Got clear lenses, paid for transition and it is barely anything tint so useless unless at night. The yellow lenses had 0 prescription and this was not stated anywhere on website or product page.

Do not buy from them, you get completely different product than advertised and customer service is not helpful. Save your money.

The product did not work.
I provided Opticalfactor a correct prescription for sunglasses and they were unwearable.
I should have researched the dismal reviews this company has.
Many with my same problem.

I am going to write a very succinct review of Optical Factor. I would highly recommend that you avoid using this company and find a more reputable company to do business with. I ordered a pair of prescription sunglasses which arrived late and the prescription was incorrect. I have been trying continuously to get a refund but Optical Factor are refusing to do so. Optical Factor possibly has the worst customer service of any company that I have ever had dealings with. Avoid at all costs.

Same as alot of reviews on here. The plastic gabe frames are a cheap inferior plastic fragile. Not had my pair of gabe polarized sunglasses long and the frame has cracked already. Definitely dont buy these inferior products .

I have bought from them 3 times. They usually arrive in 2-3 weeks from China. The price is very good if you use their discount codes 35% off etc. I use them for distance driving sun glasses. The polarized grey sunglass lens are very clear in my opinion and I am coming from Maui Jim and Revo when I didn't need glasses. The frames are cheap I broke my first fake oakley type frame but it may have been my fault as they were in my travel backpack. If you want a Cheap Pair This place is not bad the lenses out 3 pairs I have had are good and clear for Chinese glasses in my opinion. Frames are on the cheaper side have to be careful with them. I paid $51 each for the sunglasses and $40 for a clear pair of mens standard glasses. Bang for Buck I think there pretty good.
