New glasses arrived quickly. Ordered basic ones on buy one get one free as needed to test out a new prescription (always seem to have issues when I receive new glasses on a changed prescription). Glasses are great quality, very pleased AND I can see through them with none of my usual issues! Will definitely use again - need new sunnies now!

Ordered a pair of sunglasses I’d seen in an airport shop. £40 cheaper with Optical King. Delivery arrived two days later. Excellent service.

If I could put zero I would, I’ve never written a bad review before but I never received my sunglasses and after a few emails I was basically told that the courier had delivered them and I had signed for them (even though I was not in the country on supposed delivery date) so there was nothing they could do! Where I emailed back to say that I was not happy with this decision, I was blanked!!!
AVOID this company

Bought my glasses they came with no prescription in , I got in touch and after several emails they said they would change them and send them with the correct lenses.
So I sent them back now they saying they want more money before they process the new ones . Customer care is shocking 😞

I paid a 24 hour delivery on Saturday, my parcel arrived on Wednesday.

Specs good but took a good couple or three weeks to arrive hence 4 not 5 stars

Avoid at all costs. The frames sent made my vision blurry and the same for my brothers pair. Customer service is non-existent, they claim that there must be a discrepancy on your professional prescription! AVOID AT ALL COST!

14 days after ordering reading glasses, still not even dispatched, sent 3 emails with no reply, very weak prescription i can buy from any shop over the counter,
just want refund , still no reply

I found this company really difficult to deal with. I received a heavily scratched pair of expensive designer sunglasses. I sent pictures immediately to the service team. It took TWO FURTHER WEEKS for them to even inform me about their return process! I had to call and email multiple times before finally getting a response. Not sure what is happening at the company. Would never purchase from them again due to faulty items and poor return service.

Great glasses just the job

The sunglasses ordered took a few weeks to deliver (I wasn't in a particular hurry) due to stock issues. However, the support and level of customer service received from John in terms of updates and communication was excellent! They're a great pair of glasses and delayed gratification is something which has maybe been lost over time with the quick delivery times we've become accustomed to!
