Order some sunglasses which are advertised as in stock! 19/01 - I can confirm that we are currently waiting for your frames to arrive in store from our suppliers. As the original suppliers are based in Italy, we do quote a time scale of around 7-14 working days from the date that your order is placed. 28/01 I have followed up on your order with our suppliers and, unfortunately, your chosen frames have now been placed on backorder due to production delays. The estimated restock timeframe is approximately 4–6 weeks. 30/01 THE ITEMS IS STILL BEING ADVERTISED AS IN STOCK!!!

The spectacles arrived very quickly indeed and when I had to return them, they gave me an extremely prompt refund. Great customer service!

I purchased some Ray-Ban sunglasses and, despite the long wait for them to arrive, I was thrilled when they finally did. The quality is outstanding and they are genuine. I highly suggest choosing Opticians Direct!

I have ordered sunglasses from Opticians Direct before without any problem. Their customer service is very responsive and as helpful as they can be. HOWEVER, just a word of warning in view of despatch times. I ordered a pair of sunglasses in plenty of time for Christmas given their 7-14 day despatch advice. They did not arrive for Christmas. I chased up the order a week into January - at which point I was advised "there is a slight delay with shipment, we are expecting this to be upto 5 - 8 working days". I chased up again on 14th January after which I was advised "We are set to receive a delivery on Friday 16/01/2026". I chased up again on 22nd January when I was informed "I cannot give you a guaranteed delivery date at this time." You can probably see where this story is going but after chasing again on 26th Janaury, I gave up and asked for a refund. Whilst I was offered a "sincere apology" I was a little angry due to the fact that the sunglasses were still for sale on the website with the usual 7-14 despatch guideline - so presumably other people could also order the sunglasses despite the fact that Opticians Direct admitted they had NO idea when they would be receiving them from their supplier. I thought it was worth giving people a warning - just because the product is there, doesn't mean it's in stock nor does it mean Opticians Direct have any idea when they are going to receive stock.

Sunglasses arrived as described and on time . They were presented very nicely in branded packaging and case : Overall a professional transaction from start to finish . Would use again .

Website was easy and simple to navigate and found the item I was looking for straight away. I bought a Ray Ban with polarised lenses sunglasses and very good price in comparison with other Suppliers of the same item. Lovely sunglasses and I like the design similar to the pair I lost while I was out shopping.The sunglasses was delivered earlier than the expected delivery time frame. Excellent customer service. Would highly recommend.

Purchased “new” Holbrook sunglasses, on inspection of frame they have been worn a lot, very apparent on the inside and now found a scratch on right lens - very poor, buy elsewhere.

I ordered Ray-Ban sunglasses. I waited a long time, but when I received them, I was happy. They are original and of excellent quality. I recommend Opticians Direct:)))
