Purchased an item after watching an ad on YouTube offering a 50% discount, however found out that eBay and Amazon are selling the same product at half the price of the discounted price offered by optiguard. Tried to cancel the order however there is no option to cancel. A total rip off

I was sent a box that didn't have all the parts when I emailed them they refused to investigate and refused to give me a complaints email and then told me to pay for the return to china if I want my refund, no response DONT BUY THIS CRAP ITS JUST ANOTHER CHINESE SCAM AND YOU WONT HAVE ANY WAY OF MAKING CONTACT TO COMPLAIN AVOID AVOID AVIOD

How can YouTube promote cr@p like this😳have read every review from around the globe an it’s a scam don’t give these scammers your hard earned cash 💯💸💸💸

Why do the Chinese rip off the world with their scamming ways, where does this get them besides enemies through out the whole world, really?

Wish I had seen these reviews before buying. Absolute rubbish keeps freezing and I can't see the screen unless I subscribe to the cloud but their advertising says you don't need the cloud but after 30 days the bulb totally screwed up and was not fit for purpose . I asked for my money back , £49 and I was told they would send me a new camera if I subscribe to the cloud at £129.99 per year . I was also told that they had changed the app which affected the function of the camera . Don't buy!!

First off, these are internet connected security devices out of China. I don't mean like how the iPhone is made in China, I mean the cameras speak to you in Chinese and the instructions are in Chinese. That is highly suspect. Secondly, the customer service simply doesn't exist. If you want help, good luck. If you want to return and get a refund, it won't happen. There are a variety of different products on Amazon or other websites you should consider.

We ordered 1 Optiguard camera with the full intention that we would be receiving a Optiguard product,instead we were sent a Yltol camera it is nothing like what the Optiguard advertises at all.We will never order from this company again.We should have stuck with good ol Walmart or Amazon.We do not recommend ordering a Optiguard there is no telling what you will be getting.One very unsatisfied customer.No stars!! If anyone starts a class action lawsuit for false advertisement and click bait I want in.

Terrible company and terrible product. Company site has false advertising stating it has a 4.9 star review on trust pilot which is clearly not true. Absolute rubbish is a polite way to describe the company and product

Glad I came to the reviews before I bought for $49.99… but I will try one of those on Amazon with the highest views.

I haven’t even bought it and can tell you that it seems sketchy. The prices on the web site are separated w coma rather than a period and it seems there is a very cryptic or no way to contact customer service.

Total Chinese junk! They don't work and they made it impossible to contact the company. No Customer Support. Please don't waste your money like I did.

The order process was distracting with other unwanted product deals requiring multiple clicks to complete. In the deliberate confusion I had inadvertently ordered 3 along with an extra warranty charge. I immediately requested an order cancellation but this cannot be guaranteed. If the order is not cancelled I will request a credit card chargeback. My advice is to stay clear.

This product is junk. Doesn't even come with English instructions. opens up a hole in your wifi network and doesn't work as advertised on Youtube. Do Not fooled they make it impossible to contact support and are not refunding your money.

Camera would not work. I bought 4. I requested to return them. To return you must pay to ship them to China. If they inspect them and determine the camera works or they believe they look damaged, no refund. The cameras came in dented in boxes. Another trip to China wouldn’t help. So, they offer 50% refund as an alternative to returning. I chose the sure 50% vs the high risk of returning and being out 100% plus shipping cost to China. In the end, I sent $63 to China. They offer subscription plans for storage. Glad I didn’t sign up for that.

Absolute scammers. Don't bother. Their website is an absolute b4llache to get to actually purchasing - you've got to keep clicking and clicking.... 50% off...wow! Only to be told they have 11 left in stock.... yet, keep seeing pop-ups saying someone has just bought 3.... then someone has bought 4...then 3 again - they're still popping up.

Cheap chinese crap.

I purchased 2 optiguards i can get 1 to work but the other is just making noises and it judders about in the bulb socket.i installed the first one on my phone app no problems but like i say second is not beeping it also does not scan the QR code i have tried resetting with the pin thing you supplied in the screws package im at my wits end with it have even tried installing on the PC app but again nothing ..i dont like the pc app as it has nothing for you to even adjust any settings as yet .it did say updates were coming for it though.i have looked everywhere to see if there was any FAQ's but again seem to draw blanks..any help would be appreciated regards John.

Cheap Chinese camera, unbranded, app very simple, even with good Internet WiFi connection ( 500mb) and close to the WiFi modem loses connection, my experience was bad, I regret purchasing them
